All ingredients are SOOO clean and amazingly fresh. Thank you for that. I lick my fingers even when heating the sub the next day. But the sauces seem lacking .Please work on better sauces. There wasn't much in any of the subs (neither francisco nor fajita or original chicken). I can see this place becoming top of the line. Just a bit more iterations on the sauces and this place will be the addiction of Dearborn. EDIT: went again several times after this visit. No more issues with sauce lol. Absolutely amazing. But I really do hope it stays consistent. Consistency will allow this place to grow and scale. Otherwise it'll be just another place that had potential. Anyways thanks for the amazing food!

I visit this restaurant often because I genuinely enjoy the food, and it's conveniently close to my home. However, my recent experience, particularly yesterday, was disappointing. After placing my order, I was told there would be a 30-minute wait. I arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes later, and the cashier, named "A," informed me that my food would be ready in a few minutes. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes, leading to nearly an hour of total waiting time. As more customers arrived, they too expressed concerns about their long waits to "A."
Frustrated, I asked how much longer it would be, and "A" mentioned that he still needed to bag my food. Ten minutes later, my order still wasn't ready. When I asked again, "A" was unhelpful and didn't offer any explanation or apology. Instead of saying, "Here’s your food," or even apologizing for the delay, his response was rude and dismissive. When I finally got home—just two minutes away—the food was cold, and both the fries and subs were no longer fresh.
This poor customer service has left me discouraged, and I’m seriously reconsidering ordering from Flame Subs again.
I recently visited Flames Subs and was impressed by the excellent service I received.Summer, was incredibly nice and professional. She took my order with a friendly smile and made the experience so enjoyable. The food was fantastic, but the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by Summer made it even better. Highly recommend!

To tell you the truth it looks nice inside and out of the restaurant and the food is great The steak is great and the and the meat swarm on rice bowl was great and they also have lots of appetizers to choose from and pop and smoothies.
