the pizza is delicious but the customer service is what just secured me as a returning customer. didn't catch his name but he was really nice and threw in a free ranch, ranch is good as well!! i believe he was the owner and if not he's a good employee, can tell he takes pride in his products. i've already told my family this is our new pizza spot.

Chrissy at Fratelli’s in Dearborn Heights is fantastic! She’s professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure her tables are taken care of. She was quick with refills, knew the menu well, and made great recommendations. Her positive energy really added to the dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for her section again!”
