Service is so slow that time stops when u enter this place. Ridiculous. If you are on your lunch break, you get fired. Immediately. If your wife get pregnant before you enter the bakery, she's giving birth when you come out with your food. 🤦🏻🤦🏻

Both times I have been here I waited extremely long for my orders and it appeared that the cook had to be told to make my shawarmas as they were not ready either time I came to pick them up. The 2nd time I was told NOT to come in to place an order but to call instead. I prefer to walk in and usually enjoy the experience of ordering in person. Customers should not have lower quality service due to how they place an order.

The customer service is terrible, even worse than terrible. There's no concern for the customers in the restaurant. The staff treat customers as if they don't exist. They don't answer the phone; I called four times and no one answered. I went to the restaurant, and they ignored me. I waited a long time for two pastries, and on top of that, the staff are rude. The chef shouts and cancels orders, yelling very loudly. This is the last time I'll go to this restaurant and I will let all friend don't go!!!sorry
