Golden Edge Pizza Dearborn Heights

Its an old school pizza joint but that’s what makes it so good.
The pizza tastes delicious and authentic, and the dough is always fresh in my experience, even two days later microwaved its still soft.
Definitely recommend this place, the old school vibe, and guys inside having a laid back attitude can be a little deterring to some people at first but I would say its just the food that matters anyways.

(EDIT: Sadly had to change my review to 3 stars:/ the food is very good BUT there was literally a staple in my box of chicken tenders, and when I bit into it I bit a staple, I called them to complain and let them know like “hey theres a staple in my shit” whoever answered the phone was just mumbling and didn’t offer me anything in return and even tried to ask me if it was MY staple??? AND THEN I ordered a margarita pizza which was made HORRIBLY i don’t know who was cooking that night but they did NOT follow the recipe. 1. I ordered flat crust and didnt get that 2. They put whole tomatoes on the pizza not cherry, 3. That was all that was on the pizza nothing else, which is wrong obviously.

Vegetarian options: You can always order without meat, or get a salad/veggie pizza.

Parking: The store is a little backwards, you park in the back and go in through the back which is not usually common around this area.

This place do pizza right. I love the meat lovers pizza and wings here and the halal option is a big plus. I live in Detroit but it's worth the drive every time. The food is always fresh and the prices are fair. Try it asap.

First time customer. I live literally 4 minutes from this place and because I live in Detroit not 'Dearborn' they wont deliver to my house. Well f that and F your Dearborn pizza. I will never order from your restaurant and I will let my friends know that yall are biased based on Demographics. Sounds racist to me.

Their Buffalo Chicken Pizza is AMAZING. Unfortunately, because I don't even want to know what the calories on that thing are. I ordered it by accident through the app, and it's become a favorite even with my kids who usually don't like spicy food.

Honestly one of the best places to go for pizza and calzones. Their steak calzones with Cajun are amazing and their ribs are always fresh!

This was always the pizza spot for me and my family. Sadly I’m not sure what happened. The food quality DROPPED. Felt like I ordered from a franchise. Pizza was doughy, and just isn’t what it used to be.

I usually keep it to myself and don’t review if I did not like a restaurants food, but I had to with this place. The pizzas were not cut and uncooked also wings were horrible. Owners need to train employees a bit better.
