“Amazing service! The food was great, especially the pepperoni pizza — the quality was amazing. The guy who gave me my order was super nice and even gave me free ranch. I can’t believe they have such a low rating; they definitely deserve at least a four stars. The food and service were both excellent — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

Delivery times is awful . I don't understand why cause.I literally stay five minutes away from this location. The pizza lack sauce sometimes it just tastes like cheese and bread. This location needs to do better

I’ve been a loyal customer of this pizza place for over 10 years, but unfortunately, the quality and service have gone downhill. My past few orders have been disappointing—pizza lacking cheese or sauce, wings dry and sometimes burnt. Each time, I tried to be patient, hoping it was just a one-off.

What made it worse was when I finally reached out to speak with the manager. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was dismissive, cut me off several times, and acted like my feedback didn’t matter. I wasn’t asking for anything free—just wanted my food made properly like it used to be.

It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money at a place you’ve supported for years and be treated like you’re the problem. I’m sad to say I won’t be returning until they start caring about their customers again.

My daughter ordered Happy's ribs last night have not had them in a while I always forget to take pictures but I remember these ribs being so so tender and good this time they were kind of tough and chewy first time ever that I've had the ribs this happen things happen but it was a bummer

Ordered two cheese burgers & fries 3/25/2025 One burger smell of Bleach cleaner call to complain asked for Management was not on-site worker kept repeating she didn't believe that could be only refunded for one hamburger She didn't take this transaction Seriously at all It smelled of POISONOUS BLEACH !! ☣️ I had to put one star in order to post

I had wings and fries delivered on 2/21/25. After eating my second fry I noticed a loose staple in my fries that had not been stapled to anything. I checked my food container to see if I may have flipped it in my food but there were no holes in my food box. I checked my brown bag it came in and the 2 staples used were still in the bag and the other in coupon paper stapled to the bag. HOW DID A STAPLE FALL INTO MY FOOD? I called the restaurant and explained to the employee he apologized and said he was going get the manager. The employee came back and said the manager told him to ask me if I wanted ny food remade. I declined and requested a refund which they honored.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PREPARING FOOD! THIS SITUATION COULD HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE IF A ELDERLY PERSON, TODDLER, CHILD, TEEN OR AN ADULT CONSUMED WITHOUT NOTICING.

Staplers and any foreign objects that could be harmful if digested should NOT be in the food prep areas. The manager could have handled this situation and at bare minimum observed prep areas to ensure they are clean and safe.

We stopped ordering because we found out they weren't using the stickers to close the food boxes. When the delivery guy is an hour late and just hanging out in the building I live in I have no confidence that my food hasn't been tampered with. I even told them about the stickers and they still hadn't complied. You can't protect your customers from rogue delivery people you lose my business. These guys aren't your employees anymore they work for other delivery companies and you don't know who they are.

Usually whn I order a pizza it has proof dough not flat dough, I order 2 xlarge regulars not thin but that's what I got, I'll be sure to go the extra mile next time & get my money's worth else where...
