I haven’t been here in a while. I decided to order a chicken sandwich. The chicken was dry and hard. I kept thinking I was bitting a bone. The sauce on sandwich was flavorful but, no one wants dry tough chicken.

Came in as a walk•in. I googled my usual “Food near me” and surprisingly this was 5min from my door! The lobby is decorated well. I can see the potential, just wasnt busy when I came at 2:30 on a Saturday. Nahle was very helpful let me taste the bushki sce before ordering. My food came out hot•fresh•good just as pictured. “Coop”Loaded fries and Hot Honey Butter Chicken Sammich.

Very dry over cooked chicken bad customer service. They only had one ticket and it was my order they told me 15 minutes it took 25 minutes for 3 items. The employees where to busy talking and probably forgot my chicken in the fryer so it over cooked. I’ve ordered before and it was actually very good amazing chicken not sure what happened maybe different employees. All 3 items had very dry chicken.
Would give no stars if I could. Besides the portions being small and overpriced, the food poisoning isn't worth it. Spare yourself.

My husband & I used to love this place until after today. We drive 30 mins from East, Detroit just to eat here. So, it’s VERY disappointing to know they changed their menu/ recipes after ordering our usual. Prices have always been a bit high but it was worth it, now it’s NOT! & they charge extra if you’re paying with a card (I don’t think it’s always been that way)
They really lost some loyal customers
Got the chicken sandwich waffle fries a drink and a shake..it was $31....the sandwich was ok. The fries were so soggy that u could only eat a couple. The shake was good. Definitely not worth the money. Wont be back

I’ve loved the Holy Cluck, have been there soooo many times!
However, I went today and they’ve changed their whole menu. The Mac Moody was terrible-tasted cheap like frozen Mac and cheese heated in the microwave. For $13, completely not worth it.
The holy fries were also not the same either.
It’s ruined my very positive experience of this place. I used to brag about it often and crave their food. Not anymore!

Good. But also somewhat disappointing. I had looked forward to trying this place for a while. I ordered the Cluck, a Mac Cluckin, and 4 Tenders.
The Tenders were good, sauce was great....but at $3.25 per Tender i anticipated they would be bigger and better.
The Cluck was a good sandwich, well put together and had a good taste Blend. But the chicken was slightly overdone and not easy to bite through.
The Mac Cluckin was sub par. The Mac was great but hardly any on the sandwich. Definitely not close to what the menu picture showed. The chicken was very over done and hard to chew. And the presentation of the sandwich was sloppy and lacked the element of care and love.
Over for me, this chicken place was all hype and no delivery. Definitely not worth the price.

I try to stop by every time I'm in the area on my lunch break. Sometimes, I'll go out of the way to stop in and get the Coop. It has great flavor and everything together, so it's an easy quick lunch for me. It has a lot of flavor with every bite. Waffle fries, coleslaw, battered chicken, and a mixture of sauces. Served with pickle slices on the side. You can order it regular or hot
both are equally delicious.

Food is overpriced and mediocre. The service is amazing and the atmosphere was ok. I’m not into graffiti artwork but my husband thought it was nice. The place is updated and you have the option to dine in. Honestly the best part of the menu is the shakes and they had a lot of the shakes discontinued when I went 2 weeks ago. The lady stated that they’re updating the menus. I probably won’t return just because it’s not hard to find or make a good burger and theirs is relatively small and overpriced.
