I was recommended this restaurant and it was phenomenal i got a club supreme and a chicken sub, it was a 10/10. the customer service on was top teir. the two managers on shift took care of me from when I walked in to when I left. i will definitely be coming back.

Most important to me is the customer service. The staff was friendly and professional. They gave me food suggestions and I appreciated that. The food looked and tasted fresh. The bread was soft and not hard. Even the brownie was moist. Thank you, I have been missing great customer service and good quality food.

Best to go to a different Jersey Mike’s location if you want to be treated right. The manager at this location with the tattoos on his left arm is completely rude and disrespectful. Went to pick up my original italian sub I placed online over 10 minutes before I got there and hadnt even started yet upon arrival. Also the manager told the workers not to start on my order and told me “you have to wait!”then completely lied stating “we just got the order now!”. Even though the other customer who the manager was working on didnt even pay for the order nor even placed one until I walked in just to prioritize on there orders. That manager has an attitude problem and doesnt know anything handling customers order request.
