I ordered online and it told me the wait would be over an hour?! So I waited and I got no tracking information to lmk when it was otw. The delivery time rolls around and no knock at the door. I call them but there’s only an automated system. They don’t answer when I get the system to push me through. It’s now 40 mins after the delivery time and I check the front door one more time to make sure nobody is there walking up to my door to hand me my food. When I check the front door I see my food sitting on my front porch in the freezing cold pouring rain!!!! The pizza is cold the box is wet and nobody knocked or called to lmk my food was here. That’s NOT a delivery that’s a drop off with very poor communication! I want my money back who knows how long my food was sitting outside in the elements for it feels like it was in the refrigerator!

I went to jets pizza for dinner on Christmas Eve 2024 and Conner, was absolutely amazing. He made the BEST pizza and wings you could ask for. I asked him to surprise me with the wings and he made the BEST Bbq, buffalo, and garlic wings ever. They were AAAAAMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Conner and the rest of the crew were so nice, kind and caring, very polite and well mannered. The food was freaking delicious!!! Thanks for the yummy experience Conner. I’m now craving the “Conners wing concoction” Can’t wait to visit again!!!!

Food was 1 hour and 45 mins late came cold. Called up there and they said it would be another 45 mins to bring another one out, or 10 mins if we pick it up. No refund on delivery for having to go pick up the correct pizza after THEY messed up. 0/5 this place trash.

My order for 2 people ended up being $74.75. I give a regular or high tip and whatever total and taxes are. I got an 8 square pizza, chicken wings, and a supposed "*combo for $7.99 an item." The website couldn't find my Jets account to use any points I have. Some of my order was wrong. My delivery was a half hour late and the delivery person gave me a 2 liter of pepsi as an apology, she genuinely seemed upset. The pizza was cold and wet which was... Why...? But thanks Jets, for the 2 liter of pepsi as an apology, which I dumped out. I'm concerned that Jet's is not taking care of their employees anymore. I think the employees at this location are rocking it, but perhaps the management has made prices too high for the quality and customer satisfaction.

I love jets pizza but I would not recommend this location. The new bunch of young guys miss all of the little details that matter. The last time I ordered they gave me someone else’s order and then when I came back for my order which wasn’t ready for some reason recommended they get the other lady’s pizza started again but they did not. When the lady came in, I had to watch them scramble until I explained the situation. This time I ordered my pizza lightly baked but they missed that detail by a long shot.

I placed an order for two slices and a pop. Well I got that but my pizza looks as if it’s been sitting for awhile. I’m pretty sure the sold me two slices of pizza that was already made which would have been fine if it was in a hot oven for sitting purposes.

I text to order pizza to get a discount and then all the sudden I looked at my phone and said pick up ASAP and I'm starving no they couldn't work with you and deliver it themselves as one of them at the store so now my refund isn't going to come back to my card to till tomorrow or the next day till tomorrow or the next day and I need the money backs I need the money back right away so I can order another Pizza that was just wrong that was just wrong when you text to order they should tell you there's no delivery and Ashley I was surprising somebody that was coming over to visit me and guess what no delivery no delivery I am so mad right now I can't see straight
