Went in here this evening and let me tell you. The customer service was top tier. The manager is completely awesome and the staff were great. My food was fresh, fast and the manager truly the best. I forgot to ask his name but he definitely makes me wanna come back

I ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 drinks, one of the sandwiches was a slim tuna with mayo I got a regular tuna sub with nothing on it DRY. 1 drink was missing. And to top it off I ordered lunch at 11:15 it finally showed up at 12:30. ?

Ordered 2 subs this afternoon-quick service, courteous employees and subs were awesome. Kudos to the new girl, I think she said it was her 1st day, she exuded positivity and gave me compliments that made my day. Wish there were more bubbly employees like her.

Four thin pieces of bacon on my BLT every time. I go to the JJ in Livonia a lot and they give a respectable amount. I’m eating 85-90% bread. Like others say, this location sucks. With so many one star reviews you’d think they reflect on it a bit and change. If only.

Took over an hour for my delivery, which came short the potato chips I was charged for. Had manager call me back to apologize and offer me free lunch after major hiccup...when I called 2 days later get offer they refused. Store Manager Kara said she couldn't do it if I wasn't in the "black book." So they never honored fix. it’s all my fault. If I had any senses I wouldn't pay $15 for a cold cut sandwich and potato chips...I am the sucker. Kara is a miserable person

Yeah this location sucks, no consistency whatsoever. In the past I’ve waited upwards up an hour to wait for a sandwich delivered. Just had basically a vegetable sandwich with amount of meat put on mine today and I’m just no longer going to use this location. Get it together.

Ordered a chicken wrap they poured a entire bottle of dressing on it it's not even edible everything is soggy and soaked there's more dressing on here than anything mixed with mayo on top of that my order was late and they literally put one napkin in here it says plural napkins on the website
