Stopped by right before closing and tried to order three chicken sandwiches. The team member told me they only had two left because they were closing soon — no problem, I took the two and left.

When I got home and started eating, both sandwiches were lukewarm and the chicken was tough, full of hard pieces like I got the last scraps of the night. It’s clear they didn’t want to drop fresh chicken so they could clock out on time. Honestly, they could’ve just made two fresh ones and I would’ve been fine waiting.

Both sandwiches were low quality and pretty gross — ended up tossing them. Should’ve gone somewhere else. Won’t be back to this location.

My bill was $38.02. I didn't realize till the next day that my card was charged $45.87. This KFC is over charging on the credit card machine!! Eat here at your own risk!

Went here today for lunch and asked if I could have my food fresh. Was informed that they do not make food fresh to order. I asked the gentleman to repeat himself and he stated the same thing as well as this is not a catering service. I informed him can I have the number to make a complaint to cooperate. His reply was what number and for what. Rude from beginning to end. If you don't want to work and do your job then stay at home. Definitely needs a course training in customer service. Would never return. Can someone from corporate reach out to me? Thanks in advance.

We ordered a 12 piece family meal and the food was ready in less than two minutes I kid you not. When we got home I realized this man who took my order only gave me two forks being that it was only me and my daughter that went inside. Laaawwd I swear there were four of us. We were not gonna eat all that ourselves 🤣
