The pros is large portions, delicious and fresh Kinefeh and staff are friendly.

The cons is 3 tables and the bathroom is always locked with a fake sign that says it’s broken for over 1 year.

Last august, I found the door was forgotten unlocked. I needed to use the toilet. While the fake sign was still on the door since last year.

I entered and used the bathroom. All the features were working perfectly.

It is haram to lie in Islam. Allah جل جلاله knows the truth.

If I can put zero star, I would. I had a very disappointing experience at Lebon Sweet. The service was extremely poor and unreasonably slow. I visited yesterday afternoon, and there was only one employee working — a lady with blonde hair. The customer in front of me asked if she was working alone, but she did not respond and instead gave him a nasty look.

When it was my turn, I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn’t being difficult at all. I usually order two pieces each of kunafa and ashta. However, the lady seemed confused and unsure of what she was doing, as if she didn’t understand or speak English. I believe that anyone working in customer service should at least be familiar with the products being sold. This made the interaction very uncomfortable.

In addition, I’m a regular customer, and I noticed that the kunafa’s taste has completely changed — it’s nothing like what I’ve had before. The bread was also old and dry. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing, and I do not plan on returning again.

The quality has really declined.. we got some mad b ashta the other day and it’s instead of pistachios they had peanuts with green colouring inside.. that’s considered cheating! We decided not buy sweets from there anymore

Thanks for bringing back the real quality for the Kanufa that Lebon Sweets started with 20 plus years ago. Please don’t change this quality ever again or you will lose me for good.

The kenafe was amazing!!

One of the best kanafa ever. You can eat it fresh at the store and you can buy frozen vaccumed sealed try with 6 piece to go and cook it when you want.

Lebon Sweets doesn’t play fair. You walk in, get smacked in the face by the smell of sugar and butter, and next thing you know you’re questioning every other dessert you’ve ever loved. The place is so clean I’d eat knafeh off the floor (don’t worry, I didn’t… yet).

The staff are dangerously nice, like “make you forget your diet, your bills, and your therapist” nice. And the frozen knafeh? Bro, it’s not just dessert, it’s a weapon of mass deliciousness. You could serve it at the United Nations and suddenly everyone’s shaking hands and singing Bab al Hara or Fadel Shaker newest hit (shit slaps, look it up).

Lebon Sweets isn’t just a bakery, it’s therapy with sugar. الله يرزقكن اكتر و اكتر

Good kenafeh, but customer service is not good, the girl helping us has a long face and always pouting, it wouldn't hurt to smile a little you know.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Lebon Sweet (bitter fits them better) bakery. The employee was incredibly rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, even though it was just a carryout order. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The food is so delicious, we loved everything! Just one note.we wish the restaurant didn’t serve Coca Cola products. There are many other brands that could be used instead.

Such a pleasant experience! The young lady that helped my daughter and I was so sweet, patient and professional. I will be back! The cake is delicious as well and the sweet bread that she gave us as we were first time customers. ❤️❤️❤️
