Ordered through the app and got my pickup code saying the order was ready and waiting. I get there and no one at the counter. Had to make some noise to get anyone attention. And there’s no food ready for me, even though my code worked to open their “Pizza Portal”. Nothing is ready or even made. Had to wait another 15 minutes while they made my food. All they offered was a crazy bread or 2-liter and a half-hearted apology.
