Little Caesars Pizza

Stranded at the counter for 28 min before greeting or being helped. I understand there only seemed to be two of them on a Thursday night ( black man and white girl with blonde hair) but customer service is everything I'm not complaining about the 30 min wait time after my order was taken just the service and they fact they said they ran out of what I was getting is crazy and had to get refunded never again to this location

I waited 2 hours for my food and went in to check on it 3 times and when it was finally done, I was like this is ridiculous It shouldn’t be taking 2 hours for 2 pizzas and I asked can I be compensated a 2ldr or at the very least a discount and he said yea I can do that. After he refunds the money he takes my pizza away and says that I can’t have it anymore, at that point I just walked out. I used to work for little Caesars and let me tell you it does not take 2 hours for 2 hot and readys, it doesn’t even take half an hour.

Walked in the cashier called out a name no one answered. Everyone was helped so i proceeded to the front counter. And he walked away over 15 mins. Then came up just order crazy puffs. Ready to cash me out and walked away again 8 mins with puffs on the counter and came back gave everyone there orders which not a big deal then walked away again. I stared at him and said I just want to pay and go. Get in my car and the puffs cold over done with butter and parmesan cheese very salty. Just disgusted. Needs more helpful staff. Or needs better staff.

Terrible service. Had pizzas done sitting there and im waiting an hr on puffs. Telling people hr wait on hot and readys? Guy behind the counter was rude and cras with people asking how much longer on food they were told 15 mins over a half hr ago. Avoid this place.

45-HR for a Hot and ready 😂😂😂

Ordered one whole hour before it closed down. Once I arrived at store, they had the door closed (40 mins before posted closing time). Other customers were knocking on the door to get thier orders and then let one have their order. When I tried to check for mine they said they didn't recieve antything. They have apparently cancelled my order for no reason. complete BS.

The food was pretty dang good for little Ceasars quality 👌 the pizza was made with love. The wait was 20 min. The parking lot needed to be cleaned up though I had to be careful where I parked.
