Placed an online order for delivery at 5pm. Got texted that my order was cancelled just before 6pm. Called the store and was told a team member deleted my order by accident. I tried to place the same order over the phone and was told to just order it online again. So I did. Just before 7pm I got another message saying my order was cancelled. When I tried calling back, my call was forwarded to a customer care line which could only offer me a refund, refunds which were already processed when the order was cancelled. I'll never order from another Little Caesars again since this behavior seems to be given tacit approval by the corporate office with no recourse provided.

I ordered a Italian cheese bread the front cashier did not greet me upon arrival I had to repeat my order numerous times he was distracted for some odd reason why idk lobby was filthy trash napkins on floor front counter was not stock with condiments he told me my order will be ready in 20 mins I waited 45mins just for a Italian cheese bread and he also couldn’t count I gave him exact change he told me to wait a minute what did I give him smh poor poor poor customer service

1st time there and it was better than most Little Caesars. There was a wait but that can happen on the weekend. The music was fun and the ppl in line were friendly. The cashier missed ringing up a pizza but corrected the mistake and my pizza came to me hot and fresh and my order was accurate. The music was fun as well never heard a Macarena remix before 😊 9/10 I recommend. I dropped a star on service because of the wait during the hour and ready hours

This is the worst little Caesars by far. They NEVER have pizza ready or even in the oven to have hot and ready. Every time I come here it’s a15 minute to hour wait for a HOT AND READY. Then to make it worse they are so matter of fact and rude about keeping people waiting for something that should not be more than an 8 minute wait. I’ve worked at little Caesars before that’s how long it’s takes for a pizza to go through. Even if I order online it takes 45 minutes. I will never come back again.
The pizzas were average. A little bland. I asked for one of the pizzas to be cut in squares and it was not. So if you order something special check your pizza before you leave the store.
