I went to this location today 12/9/2025 I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and no one came to take my order. The guy in the back was putting pizza in the warming ovens and looked right in my face and turned up his nose. The last time I was here my order was made wrong but I didn’t complain. I won’t be returning. By the way I’m looking in and she a tall Caucasian guy and I heard a female voice so it’s at least 3 people working

The worst customer service ever . paid for food guy said he was going to get it went in the back didn’t come back up 30 mins went buy When calling him to get his attention he said he doesn’t have time to come to the front there was also a lobby full of people waiting . I then asked for a refund and he still stayed in the back and I had to wait another 30 mins for another employee to walk past to get a refund could also see the other employees in the back just walking around .

To be honest I like the custom large pizzas with anything pineapple on them. Once in a great while I like the BBQ Wings. Other times Italian Cheese Bread. My aunt used to work for them many many years ago. One hell of a young remarkable woman!!)

When I walked in , the place was filthy! Mop bucket sitting next to counter ? Ovens very dirty , looks like they have not been cleaned for days ! Counter was dirty , floor , Matt's , glass for storefront . Asked worker why it was so dirty , he said because there was not enough folks there , so he could clean ? After I got home , my crazy bread order was half cooked ! I will never go back there to this store

Everybody's angry because this place is so freaking slow. Tells you your pizza's going to be done at one time.And it's twenty minutes later than the time.They give you you guys need to get your stuff together

The staff did more talking and joking around than working. We was told 15 mins for crazy puffs and waited one hour.
Placed an online order for delivery at 5pm. Got texted that my order was cancelled just before 6pm. Called the store and was told a team member deleted my order by accident. I tried to place the same order over the phone and was told to just order it online again. So I did. Just before 7pm I got another message saying my order was cancelled. When I tried calling back, my call was forwarded to a customer care line which could only offer me a refund, refunds which were already processed when the order was cancelled. I'll never order from another Little Caesars again since this behavior seems to be given tacit approval by the corporate office with no recourse provided.

I ordered a Italian cheese bread the front cashier did not greet me upon arrival I had to repeat my order numerous times he was distracted for some odd reason why idk lobby was filthy trash napkins on floor front counter was not stock with condiments he told me my order will be ready in 20 mins I waited 45mins just for a Italian cheese bread and he also couldn’t count I gave him exact change he told me to wait a minute what did I give him smh poor poor poor customer service
