Little Caesars Pizza

The worst place ever waited 2hrs today just for them to tell me somehow my order got lost somehow amongst the other orders. Was very busy only had two people working. Then more people came to work, wait time still over an hour. Never got the food. Requested a refund. Manager basically stated the online orders supersedes the in store orders.

I love me some little caesars, you can't go wrong 😋

Usually they are Terrific all the way around. However recently one member of the staff on day shift told me "a $20 bill is considered a big bill" and told me they couldn't accept it. That's not usually the case here. That's only happened once. I think that particular gentleman just didn't know how to properly run the register.
On night shit they have a manager that's amazing.

This place is Terrible! The workers are rude and unprofessional. Every time I go in they’re always “out of something”. They are very slow at what they do. They are always in the back horsing around. Do no recommend going there! There is another Little Caesars on Howe rd and Annapolis. Way better customer service and haven’t disappointed me yet 😊

I am not sure as to why any business owner/manager would think that it would be ok to charge the customer for the replacement of an item due to the fact that you supposedly didn't have deep dish available? Isn't it just a pan and you put the dough in it? Very disappointed that I would have to pay the difference for something you didn't have. Will go out of my way to go to a different location from now on

I asked for both pizzas with extra sauce one with hamburger one cheese and well done I received nothing I asked for….On top of that realizing I also paid for an extra topping I didn’t ask for. The young man kept saying “she said pepperoni and hamburger.” I’m she I placed the order lol. It’s pizza not a gourmet meal come on .
