Manhattan Fish & Chicken

Service is unacceptable will never ever spend my hard earned cash here ever again. The younger gentleman behind the counter is rude as hell needs to go back to school and learn, manners and patience. Spent my last couple minutes explaining the menu to two people I have brought with me while the actual person behind the counter was supposed to and they were asking questions and he wasn’t paying no attention Need to do better!!

The boy at the cash register is very RUDE and has a smart mouth. Their menu online is misleading because the prices aren’t right and it’s $47 for a 30 piece whole wing which is too much. Wouldn’t recommend go to Lou’s instead.

I bought the 4 the piece fish dinner.Fish was terrible and over cooked, they forgot my kooilaid. Cake was old and terrible. And oddly the guy counter had random fly landing on his hand that didn’t seem to bother him at all. Overrall a negative start . Terrible terrible .disgusted

Services were horrible the younger guy was very rude. The wing dings were so tiny it was a shame. I have been better off going to Little Caesars next door

The first time I accidentally ordered here the food was awesome. 2nd time on purpose, it wasn't on point. Tried to sell me some crazy, way overcooked fried pickles. I took them right back in there and asked him if he'd eat those. They did another order as I stood there like, these are going to be overcooked too. I told him to take them out they're going to be overcooked. It's a thin pickle inside a thin batter. 1-2 minutes in that hot grease is all that's needed. 5 minutes later, more overcooked fried pickles. The fried tilapia was overcooked too, but I didn't notice until I got home. 2nd and last time they'll see my face. I'll stick with the other Manhattan's. Bye Felicia!

They flavored wings are not flavored just regular wings, and u have to buy the sauce separately

Be sure to check the 3% charge when using a credit card. It charges more than 3%. He did refund me the difference but be aware.

Their fish is really good.My mom loves it

Love this Manhattan! I'm there at least once a week. They always very polite and the food be A1, and it's clean in there (my favorite part). Love this store!!

Place is always a friendly and welcoming environment with great food and service

While waiting on order, cook was preparing my order while on his cellphone. Was told he's talking to his mom and I checked on my order to early. Disgusting!

We got a sampling of things. Cod, shrimp and chicken tenders. The cod was just weird. It was literally a roll. It tasted like cod, but had a weird texture to it. There were crunchy bits and I dont know if it was bone or burnt bits but no thanks. The chicken tenders were dry. Not appetizing at all. And the shrimp was not spectacular. They had no flavor to them.

Food was good but I bought peach cobbler and it was molded I don’t know how often they change out they desserts.
