To start, I place a pickup order was going to leave almost a 10$ tip because personally I do take out orders my self but the customer service was absolutely mind blowinggg. I walked in the store nobody was at the counter then there was a girl who popped up, I do not know her name but on my receipt it does say Breeana she has lighter hair and umm very very noticeable eyelashes… but back to what I was saying she popped up, had a VAPE IN HER HAND … I’m personally not a Karen or whatever people say now but come on now that’s where you work.. On top of that my order was incorrect. I’m beyond frustrated. I was treated very rudely the entire time I was in there it was just completely unprofessional.

My family was very recovering from a terrible illness and the car battery was dead we had no help available at the time so we ordered here. The delivery driver was a gentleman. The pizza was terrible it was a Philly steak and the mushrooms were CANNED even the girl told me on the phone in the store they we fresh from the markets and fields. The vegetables were raw and the dough was not completely cooked. Nobody cold eat it not even Archie my west highland so I had them to please send another as we had no transportation. This is where ordering online is becoming increasingly difficult. The store told me it was not there issue it was a third party and I should see about refunding my pizza at the computer. Then the third party says it’s the stores issue. The store offered me a credit for another time I order?!?!?! Are you kidding a $30 dollar flush right down the toilet.UPDATE: The third party says it’s the store’s problem and vice versa. The owner so quick to resolve this referred me to message a FB page that I can’t even do that on. I want a refund what is sooo hard about that?? For 1 pizza that was $34.00.I was supposed to get a credit for this pizza so I called today to get it and they told me they had No receipt for any order on the date of purchase. No refund or credit it’s a lies and the Manager hung up on me. Do yourself a favor Do not go here the staff is lazy, rude and has no integrity. Go to Papa’s Pizza NEXTDOOR! They have Fresh mushrooms instead of these cheap canned ones.

I order from here often & have never had an issue. I ordered my usual but did not receive 15 BBQ wings, but instead I got 10 plain wings with sauce in the box. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a way to contact customer service to resolve this issue. Bummer that I payed more than what I received. That aside, I usually have a pleasant experience.

Never have delivery, I only had $100 bill and the guy drops the f word when cashier asked him for change. If you have to talk that way in front of customer you should not be working there... very unprofessional.
Their Old World Style pics is soooo good and their Italian salad was magnificent!But wanted delivery and they only had pick so we picked it up!

While I am always 100% happy with the food and service at this location, this evening was a huge disappointment. I ordered online and it said my food was ready - I arrived and there were at least 6 other people waiting in the lobby. When it was my turn, I told the woman my name, she barely turned around and said it would be a few more minutes- no big deal, they’re busy - so I wait off to the side. About 5 minutes later I noticed my phone number on one of the orders that had been sitting there the entire time I was in there. I finally had to yell loudly (since no one was helping anyone at the counter) that my food was ready and just sitting there and was told it wasn’t ready. I work in a carry out restaurant so I understand it can get busy and things happen but the leadership was off tonight because none of the other employees had any idea what was going on. I really loved going here but tonight was just bad bad service - they had curbside picked up available on their site (I didn’t chose this option) but another customer did and had to come inside and ASK about it because he had been waiting in his car with his child, and the young man at the counter had no idea what he was talking about. Please do better! ( because the food is awesome!!!)
