First I just wanted to say I ordered food from the mobile app it actually was my first time doing that. I’m never doing that again. Second I came in no one greeted me or anything there was this guy with a durag on that walked past and burped in front of me and the customers which is nasty. The other co worker gave my food and everything and said everything was there. I go home and see that there’s two missing large fries. So I went back and tried to get my fries from this McDonald’s I went to. I pulled up in the drive through and told the guy that my fries were missing he told me pull up to the window so I did the other co worker was going to hand me 4 drinks but I’m an honest guy so I don’t take the drinks I told him no that’s not my order I proceed to tell him that I came 10 minutes ago and didn’t get my two large fries and he definitely recognized me because I came in the same clothes so he called the guy that burped right in front of me and the customers yeah the one with the durag on. I show him my order pick up and I told him that I have everything except the large fries he just stood there and looked at me, then walks away and says “I can’t help you with that bro you need to come tomorrow to speak to the manager”, then I said why would I lie about the large fries your co worker seen me 10 minutes ago and his co worker was quiet because he knows I’m not lying about that, then he proceeds to say that how do I know you’re telling the truth then walks away from me all disrespectful and with a attitude so I just drove off. I will never come back to this McDonald’s that guy needs to fix his nasty attitude. I believe this guy should get written up by management for the way he acted and how he handled the situation because he makes the business look bad.

smh! I am a frequent doordasher and tonight I went in to pick up an order - the dude working the counter who grabbed my order for pickup was let's say... cocky! this was the first Mc Donald's that did this, but I had asked him for a cup of water and he gave me a cup. I filled the cup with water and drank it. i refilled it, but with coke. i had every intention of letting them know I grabbed a coke and per usual as I was to turn around and head out before I could even have a chance the dude was leaning side ways with his arms crossed and in the cockiest way said to me that I had to pay him a $1.49. I said right away thats not a problem and paid for my coke. Such a disappointment because every store I've been at has always went above and beyond by asking if I would like anything to drink considering I was out on the road. Not this store thought. Disappointing.

This place has the worst customer service ever I have work for McDonalds for 15 years. If u have a problem it's always the customer fault. I ordered food and asked them very nicely to change there gloves because my wife is allergic to pickles and when we got the food there was pickes on her food she took a bits and got a allergic reaction to it. Went to the counter and told the manager what happened he said u should of look before she eats it we did but the pickles were on the bottom. This place is the worst for every thing

Came here today at 5am on Monday the lady had an attitude for no reason I had an online order she takes 15 minutes to give me a few items and I’m the only car there then gives me watery black coffee and tosses a bunch of creamers at me saying she has no creamer and tells me to make it myself and my hash brown was just thrown into the bag probably the worst experience I’ve had here

Been there multiple times. Had problems almost every time. Went tonight and sat in the drive thru for an hour while they argued with someone in front of me. Leaving wasn't an option since there was no room behind me or in front of me. Since I had an online order I asked them to remake the food. I sat there for another 10 minutes. Get home (live like 3 minutes away) and food was ice cold. They gave me the same food back. Time to find a new midnight snack spot for my boyfriend because I'm absolutely not going there again
It is a McDonald's and their food is based on a set menu and cooking/taste recipe. I get the same resulte whenever or wherever I go.

Definitely bad service, I made an order to eat inside, they are supposed to bring the food to the table, for that reason when you order at the machine it asks you for the table number that you will use, the place was empty, I was the only customer and they handed me the food at the register, they did not bother to go to my table, they just yelled my name to pick up the food and when I got up to leave and put on my angry face, they came up to me to tell me that my daughter was very beautiful and that she looked a lot like "MOANA" I do not want to sound racist at all but my daughter has nothing of "MOANA" she is the opposite of MOANA and they did this just so that I would not put a bad review of the store and the service
