Bought breakfast for my kids today and the hotcakes big breakfast had no hotcakes gave me the syrup but no hotcakes the sausage McMuffin with egg literally had no egg and the top off my coffee three cream three sugar was black so after calling and talking to somebody on the phone, the young lady told me to come back tomorrow to either get my food replaced or a refund after showing up there the next day I was directly told by the manager, no food no refund that is not what I was told on the phone I have never been treated so rudely and treated like I was trying to get something for free I was not even talked to like a customer I was just told no refund and the manager walked away from me he didnât ask what happened he never asked for my receipt they are so rude I will never go there again

It should be open at 7am says the website so you wate in the drive through for NO RESPONSE then drive around to window to ask about what time they open with a rude response your told not till 9am as the window gets slammed shut not to mention the over priced menu who needs that at7:30 in the morning!!!!

As far as McDonald's goes, this is a pretty good one. The service is usually good and the dining room is nice. I like how I don't have to get my own drink; it's how things used to be.
The location on Telegraph and Shelby is wonderful, kind, attentive and the food is fresh and cheap.
This location however is unnecessarily curt and dismissive, the price is significantly higher and the food is mediocre at best. My burritos were ice cold and I didnât even get to realize it until I had made it to work, so I had to suck it up and eat them.
Two burritos at the Telegram/Shelby location is 5.07 while at this location itâs 6.34. Make that make sense, and donât tell me itâs because itâs a franchise or something. Itâs the same thing except one produces food to appropriate expectations and does it with a smile, no matter the time of day, and for less cost (hint hint, not for the location this review is attached to).
Will never be coming back to this location while something far better is only a few miles away.
I always forget to ask the names of the very lovely people who bring out curbside especially. Tonight a very friendly woman brought out my curbside with a smile and asked âhow are youâ/âhave a good dayâ. I really appreciate people like that. Thank you đ

Great service and staff. But not as good as the McDonald's on Five mile and Telegraph.
This is my favorite McDonald's, the employees are very helpful n don't have attitudes like other fast food places. Their shake machine actually works, believe me I kno I visit at least once a week.
