I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for , but during my most recent visit my family and I experienced blatant racism for the first time. We ordered a Dubai chocolate cup and waited. Six minutes later, an Arabic family of three placed the same order. They were served immediately their drinks arrived quickly, and even an extra customer who came after them was served before my family. I watched the two young men behind the counter avoid eye contact with me as they handed drinks to the other customers. When our cups finally arrived, we were given fewer napkins and not enough silverware. The disrespect felt deliberate and painful. Because of how we were treated, we will not be returning.
