Probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. It feels like they put all their effort into social media instead of focusing on good food or customer service.

From the moment we walked in, we were told there were no physical menus and that we had to look everything up online. The person at the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. We ordered two bowls of ramen, and when they finally came out, the smell was horrible and the noodles were way overcooked.

Very disappointing since I’ve been wanting to try it since it opened. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be back.

We walked in hoping to try their halal ramen since the place is literally called Noodz and advertised as a ramen spot. The cashier came to the front with no enthusiasm and just said “the menu’s online” without explaining how to access it. There was no QR code anywhere, so we searched the place on Google and opened their website — which was confusing. When I asked again if there was a QR code and where the ramen was, he finally said, “Oh, we just sell dry noodles.” That could’ve been mentioned from the start! The tone and lack of customer service were so off that we just left and found another place. I hope they improve their communication and service because this experience was really disappointing.

Place was empty. Guy behind the counter acted like he was doing us a favor. I was ready to turn around and walk out but wife was hungry so she ordered a bowl. She wasn’t impressed. Guess we know why the place was empty.

Drove more than an hour to try this place since I saw it being advertised on social media & it honestly looked amazing..
The guy who served our food looked uninterested & did not greet us, & had a very rude attitude. He just looked like he did not want to be there at all !
Ordered two different flavored ramen bowls and the meat for both tasted absolutely gross. It smelt funky & old, lacked flavor and ruined our appetite. The female at the register kindly suggested making us another bowl but we had to refuse because of how bad it tasted & we did not want to get food poisoning. Food was not even close to edible. And maybe change the person who’s serving ?

Figured we’d try a new place on my way home from work. This was the biggest disappointment when it comes to a food experience in a long time. My egg fried rice bowl was WAY overly seasoned week old chicken and rice that was chewy. The chicken seemed old as well. With green onion on top. No egg no anything else. The bang bang shrimp bowl mine was well be fraud. Severely disappointed.

Microwave the noodles. It’s gross taste like budlak not worth it with a piece of frozen shrimp tempura. The budlak you by at Costco for a whole box 4.99 and a box of shrimp tempura 14.99 and eat many meals for that price. Don’t think people don’t know and can’t figure it out. You will close down and become some other restaurant if you don’t improve leave Ramen to the Chinese

The definition of bad food. Deserted at dinner time on a weekday night. Guy with so uninterested in service to not even make eye contact, let alone greet. Needless to say, no suggestions or recommendations were offered. Mumbled and fumbled when asked about broth, but I eventually gleaned they only do dry bowls. Food lacked taste and flavor. Soul bowl and Garlic Chilli were hastily put together and served. Staff disappears inside to never come back out and check in. Loud, rude conversations could be beard from behind the curtains.

Folks, don’t waste your money here.

First of all their food quality went down by a lot. The bao duck buns were so cold and plan and so empty. Took the cashier a minute to get up and take my order.

The food is good but not great, it’s a hit or miss. My real problem is with the service. I sat in there alone waiting for someone to acknowledge me. They came out with my food and gave me no silverware, they disappeared again so I got up reached over and got myself silverware. I sat and ate my food, absolutely no one in the front for a good 20 min. I had finished and waited to get some Togo containers, I got tired of waiting so I got up reached over the bar grabbed my self a Togo bowl, lid and bag and left. I don’t think they even noticed.
