Had a good experience my first time but my second time will be my last. Food is decent there’s one younger guy that’s friendly but another guy in his late 20s-30s with a beard and a belly that’s EXTREMELY rude. Came in 6 hrs before close and he looked visibly pissed when we walked in the door. We’re a small group of 20 y/o women. Told us without even saying hello no dine in’s and just ramen, then a man came in after us and he immediately let him sit down and dine in!! Was extremely rude and hostile for no reason even though we were all polite. I never see anyone in here and now I know why cause I won’t be back either lmao

I was so excited to try this place after seeing it on social media so many times. We live 50 minutes away, so this would have to be a special trip. We made the drive out on Valentine's Day to be greeted with very poor service and told they were carry out only for some reason. I thought really on a Saturday, and a holiday to boot? I was so disappointed and because we were so far from home, we ended up just leaving. Based on the service too, and the other bad reviews I don't think we will be back to try this place. Sounds like it needs a staff makeover.

Walked in to find no one there. After waiting in the dining area for some time, I let out a couple of coughs and then appears an employee. Ordered the creamy chicken ramen, it was neither creamy nor ramen. Was charged extra to make it spicy, a drop of chili oil was added. Never have I been to a ramen place that didn't have chili oil as a table condiment. The noodles tasted like they had been cooked for an hour, becoming mush. The chicken, tasted as if it had been cooked days prior and left uncovered in the fridge. It was dry and sad. The broth tasted of nothing, with only green onions added to give an illusion of ramen.

Save yourself the disappointment.

This place is completely overhyped. The service was awful, the staff looked like they hated being there, and the food was served cold. Nothing about the experience lived up to the hype.

The soup and noodles texture were both pretty good. I like the separation of noodles from soup for takeout. This definitely maintained noodles texture. Though we didn’t get much food beyond noodle and soup. For the shrimp on we got one shrimp and a mouthful of veggie. For chicken we got about 1/3 cups of tiny pieces and a mouthful of veggies as well. Overall felt like we were eating noodles only.

The place is amazing to eat at with friends in the night. But still has good food all around.

We visited Noodz and ordered bubble tea, bao buns, and ramen — everything was 10/10. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the place itself is beautifully aesthetic. What really stood out was how organized the team was — everyone clearly had a role (buns, ramen, drinks), and it made the service and food come out seamless and efficient.

One important thing to note: the Mongolian beef has been changed to shredded brisket-style beef. We ordered it expecting the original version, and only found out after asking. Apparently, they received complaints during opening week that the beef was harder to eat with chopsticks. That was a bit disappointing, as we would have changed our order had we known and avoided the brisket meat altogether. It’s something that should definitely be communicated to customers.

That said, the food was still amazing and fresh, and overall it was a great experience.

Food was good. Birria noodles were better than bang bang shrimp.

Bathroom was very dirty. Pee all over the toilet seat, restaurant was empty meaning employee pee and not clean. Front desk wasn't welcoming not even smiling like he didn't want ppl to come. Horrible! We got better places in Chicago!

This place needs to get SHUT DOWN!
Nasty food & horrible customer service.
Social media advertising doesn’t do anything if the actual service is complete crap. Meat and broth tasted and smelt like funky feet/dead rat. The staff made it even worse. Unprofessional & not welcoming at all. Yuck

If you have had legit ramen then don't bother. Luke warm broth, Soggy noodles, weird flavor.
