Please take this as a learning experience. Please bring out drinks as soon as you can. And normally I give waiters a lot of slack but she was just very forgetful. And brought our meal before our soup. Forgot to put cheese on our sandwich and we had to wait 15 mins before we got our sauce for the sandwich. Please put more effort in training because there was only three groups of people no excuse to being slow in the kitchen. Sorry not sorry.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like what happened during yesterday’s visit. I wanted to order the unlimited snackers/soup/salad, and the assistant manager waiting on our table rudely told me that my children weren’t allowed to eat from the snackers basket, claiming there was “no sharing.” Her approach was unnecessarily harsh.
So I just ordered the cream of broccoli soup. The broccoli was old, smelled awful, and the soup itself was watered down. I sent it right back. To make matters worse, my daughter bit into her chicken only to find it completely RAW, absolutely unacceptable and unsafe.
Eventually, another staff member named Kelly came over and was kind and apologetic, but overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. After two decades of coming here, I left feeling disheartened and concerned about the quality and service.

The worker was nice and apologized that it wasn't ready even though I came in a few minutes early and when I was walking out I forgot my drink and he called out after me.
The food was really good but unfortunately the snackers weren't as well seasoned as they usually are which was surprising to me this is the first time that I've had so little seasoning on. Other than that, every other part of the meal was excellent.

I Wanted Olga today so I went to Dearborn to go to the Olgas in Dearborn Heights. I walked in. It was the most unwelcoming unapproachable staff that I’ve ever seen ‼️‼️ I turned around and walked out. I’ll never ever go back in there.
The food came out hot and delicious. The store was clean and it looked nice. Our waitress Megan was exceptionally nice on attentive she made our visit very pleasant.

I wanted to give this Olga’s location a shoutout for their superb catering! I placed a catering order two days ago for 27 staff members at my school and they did an excellent job fulfilling our order. They had all our boxed lunches ready this morning, not long after they opened. We ordered several different types of sandwiches and salads. Everything in the order was correct and delicious! They even helped me put the three large boxes of food in my car. We will definitely be giving our business to this Olga’s location again soon!

We have been coming to this restaurant for 30 years since it opened. It has declined greatly of late. Today, we were sat and no one ever came to serve our order, We didnt even have water. So after wating 15 minutes, we left. It was not busy inside. We wont be returning. Very disappointed.

I love Olga's. My husband gets the steak and cheese olga. I always get a Olga's Southwest bread bowl. I buy extra bread. The bread is addicting! Snickers with the soup is the best. All of their soups are good. Prices are very reasonable. We get it to go at least 1x per week!

Recently the quality of the food seems to have gone somewhat down and the prices have gone up! However we travel further to come here (we live closer to the one at Laurel Place mall) because they consistently fill our to-go orders properly!
