I just stopped in because I had a gift card and I wanted to try some food here. Well first of all there was no one behind the counter to greet the customers. The counter was full of take out orders. The place was empty except for a party of six or so. Then a women came out eventually, I asked for for a menu and so told me " they don't have anymore" so I turned around and walked away. Boy oh boy I had to realize that racism is still alive. She didn't either offer a menu for dine in orders. I am looking at the menu bcuz the six top was placing there order. I will never ever in my life go back to this place to be insulted again!!!!!

While my Mothers food was good mine was okay until I found a 'hair' in my food. Which staff stated was a 'fiber' (hair is a fiber). The waiter was polite but slow.

We weren't sure what to expect as we drove into an old strip mall but we're pleasantly surprised. It was our late lunch and we're given dinner menus - but easy to decide what we wanted. I ordered the portabello riviena appetizer - delicious! Spinach, roasted peppers, asiago cheese inside 2 caps with roasted red pepper sauce!! Had a bowl of mushroom asiago soup with rolls - did not disappoint. My husband tried the soup also and also had the salmon salad. It had feta cheese, walnuts, craisins, red onion, cherry tomatoes besides the greens. Huge - almost finished it!. Service was great! Truly a nice find on our travels

I really wish this place gets new owners because the food and customer service suck! Steaks are overcooked and the chicken is rubbery. I dont think they move enough product to keep things fresh, I wouldn't be surprised if you get meat purchased weeks prior. Honestly, do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Extremely disappointed in the management, ownership, and leadership that is going on over at La Palma. Had previously spoken to a manager about reserving for 25 on a Saturday night (we talked about the menu, price per person and gratuity). When I called back to make sure we were all set for Saturday night just a few days before, I was told that my reservations were let go because someone wanted to rent out the whole restaurant. Tried to call back and speak to an owner or manager, it's been one week since the young man on the phone told me someone would call me back. I will be writing a review on BBB Michigan's website next. Truly disappointed.

The restaurant was very nice... The food was actually very good, Italian American style. The chicken picatta was excellent, the lamb chops also very good. The staff was super friendly. The only drawback - no wine! Apparently it does not have a liquor license, which is surprising given the food. But the food was good, atmosphere very nice, and friendly staff.

The service is just great!! Invited the family out and they were hesitant to come but they enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Top class food. Might be a little pricey but it's worth the generous amount of food and atmosphere
