Had an employee pick up for me since I cannot leave my job due to being a manager. They forgot my sauces along with one of my sides and my drink. Went to call regarding the mess up in my order called 4 times no one picked up. This is a big inconvenience to people who do pick ups who cannot leave their job. Including working in customer service and not answering the phones.

This location is horrible i got there at 9:04 they only offered items available i wanted the to order they tell me they are no longer cooking anything the fryers are turned off ! then why you say that you close at 9:30 makes no sense

Order out from this place often. Always getting the Honey Walnut shrimp, no longer. I was up sick till 6am on the day Spider-Man 2 came out! And couldn't enjoy my game cus I was hurling up shrimp! Eaten at PE for years and never had an issue... This got me sad AF.
.2025 - Started ordering here about January 25, was consistent and reliable until lately, I guess the change of season or staff, but there's always an issue with my orders. Once ordered a family meal and the box of honey walnut shrimp was about a quarter full, I didn't complain, received the wrong order and I didn't complain. But today, I'm told they are out of chicken. Like entirely. So they want to change my order but have no idea what is on their menu. After a few moments I thought to just cancel the order and get it from the other PE 15 mins away, turns out you cant do that, because PE gives the order to Door Dash once its made. No cancelations on their end, call doordash. So after bickering with the woman at the counter after I show up to get the food, since they cant cancel the order, miraculous the order is canceled as im waiting to receive it. 🙃 So, I just won't be spending my money here anymore. I know, a billion dollar corporation couldn't possibly care about my chump change but its the principal. You wasted my time and wasted food, all because you refuse to acknowledge that your own system places the order through door dash, then argue with me when I have proof displaying that its you who I made the order with. I regret all this time wasted dealing with this issue. Just avoid PE and go to a local Chinese Restaurant.

I came here and shortly after eating, me and my wife were throwing up. We got food poisoning because their food was not safe. The food had been left out for a long period of time and was no longer hot and bred bacteria sitting for so long. It messed our stomachs up.

We come to this Panda Express all the time, much better than the one in Livonia. They can be slow sometimes but the staff are always nice. Mari was at the cash register today and she was very friendly.

The employees are so nice and welcoming. It was my first time at any Panda Express and they made it so easy for me to order. The store was the cleanest I've ever seen any fast food place. And I was in and out. Great service 100% recommended.

The customer service is speedy and friendly, however the rice unfortunately had a nasty, burned flavor to it. The rest of the food (orange chicken and sesame chicken) was good though.

I only gave it 3 stars because it was a new guy there I believe his name was Daniel he was a really nice and happy young man really trying his best great customer service skills then here comes Kristin not friendly at all (not even the new guy she was rude )she left me standing at the register while she continued to take orders from the drive in she seem upset because I had points for being a panda member she estimated my total told me around 20.25 took my 20 and said have a nice day my food was still on her side of the counter I come here often because me and my coworker love the food and the service use to be great we all have experience they same rudeness from this young lady we will not be going to this one again mind you it’s of order for 8 people I will be calling cooperate
