Placed an order online and about 5 minutes later got a call that they were completely out of the chow mein, which is fine. He asked if it was ok just to give us fried rice, said we could rather cancel. He told me I could do it on the app. I go on the app and there’s no place to cancel. I tried calling back and spoke to a lady who said she couldn’t help. Said I’d have to call corporate. I asked if I could speak to the manager, and she told me I’d have to call back. I was already on my way there when they called, so I just went in to speak with them. The guy at the counter said I’d have to wait a half hour for the manager or I could call corporate. I just asked if they can go ahead and make the order with the fried rice to make it easier on everyone. He rudely slapped it together and when I got to the car, I realized they forgot the rangoons. I went back in and they people behind the counter were talking badly about me. I remained kind. I said they forgot the rangoons and he got even crappier with me. Customer service is awful.

Pretty standard panda extra. Inside the restaurant was clean. Most of the food was out when we went (around 6 pm) so we got whatever was available. Food tastes great but nothing special.

Had an employee pick up for me since I cannot leave my job due to being a manager. They forgot my sauces along with one of my sides and my drink. Went to call regarding the mess up in my order called 4 times no one picked up. This is a big inconvenience to people who do pick ups who cannot leave their job. Including working in customer service and not answering the phones.

Not as clean as preferred but food was decent and portion sizes weren't bad. Staff were great and served great customer service. I recommend. This location seems to be quite busy though. I also recommend the rewards program.

This location is horrible i got there at 9:04 they only offered items available i wanted the to order they tell me they are no longer cooking anything the fryers are turned off ! then why you say that you close at 9:30 makes no sense
