The cashier entered my order wrong and did not give me a chance to review it. All I saw was the dollar amount.
I got carry-out for a specific comfort food item for myself, and when I arrived home I realized that what I received isn't even close, and will cause me to be sick.

Never was greeted. I had to ask staff to take my order, the lady (Sarah) had me wait about 5 mins while she was doing mobile orders or something until she took my order.. a line had formed behind me and my mother. She didn’t have basic knowledge of the menu and the team lead or whoever had to come over. There’s 2 sizes listed under their espresso menu but they claimed there was only the regular size even know there’s clearly a large size on the menu. The team lead or whoever said the menu was new.. My order was wrong. Wanted our food for here and they made it to go and they also got my mom’s side item wrong and it had to be switched. All we got was a “sorry”. No napkins out by the pop machine.. dishes piled up at trash cans and in tables. I’m very disappointment in my experience. This restaurant is filthy floors are nasty walls are nasty counters was nasty. Drink station was deplorable this Panera bread needs a remodel and somebody to come through with a hole and a bucket of soap and wash everything down. I will not eat here. I ordered my food. I sat and waited for it in a place was so nasty that I asked for my money back, cause I wouldn’t dare eat any food from that filthy restaurant

I ordered broccoli soup it comes with bread . The prep boy forgot to put the bread in the bag, ! Nicely I ask for a bread , he looked at me ungrey even the girl that works with him looks ungrey anyway anyhow I got bread ..bro chill out, this panera is one of the worst I ever been everybody looks unhappy and UNGREY 😅 this people are lazy they the job but they don't want to work.. screw this panera location

This location is absolutely disgusting 🤢 Women’s bathroom rings around the toilet bowl you know they haven’t been cleaned in a while, doors are full of handprints you know those haven’t been cleaned in a while. Tables are not wiped down floor is disgusting. I can’t even imagine what the kitchen looks like. I bet that’s not clean either. I do not recommend anybody to eat here. If you want Panera drive the extra mile to the Plymouth location or the Canton location on Ford Road.

By far the worst panera location, I've tried several times, and every time, I've had the most awful customer service. As long as Sarah is still the general manager there, go somewhere else! I've received expired food, disgusting dining room no matter the time of day. You're better off going anywhere else

This location is bad. Go to panera all the time and member of their sip club. Waited 5 minutes for a cup to find out they have no ice coffee, and I have to wait for them to brew it....ice coffee hot! Didn't seem to care at all. Love my florida locations though
