Got really bad food poisoning from here- potato skins. Place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. It's not the servers fault; this place took a nosedive after covid. Won't be returning.

Seems like this location is going downhill since new ownership. Lots of good servers not there anymore. I feel like there is a lack of professionalism and empathy from servers that mess up a lot. When asking for the correct order a second or third time around, there seems to be a backlash and negative reaction. If the server with the clear glasses is still there, she is amazing. Some of the others tend to be immature. Hopefully they can change for the better. This restaurant used to be great.

Good ol American food. Had a burger and chili cheese fries and was very satisfied. They are slow here and could use the business. Don't be afraid to stop in!

Waitresses were great but food was terrible. So disappointed that we spent $60 on 3 meals and it wasn't good at all.

My favorite is: Taco Salad in a Crispy Taco Bowl.Purchased as carryout... it was within 30 minutes of the location's closing time. My waitress demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and my order didn't take long.Kudos to the waitress and the cook!

The waitress was the cook, waitress, server, cashier. I ordered nachos. Was smaller than half the plate. Cheese was not melted properly, meat was half raw. Not made like I've had at different location.Very disappointed. When I told waitress this was not acceptable and i could get better at taco Bell. She took 12.49 off the bill.

Only one server all tables dirty needs updates . Food was awful burger way overcooked and my husband's ham and cheese sub awful. Worried might get food poisoning from eating there.

This place used to be a haven for late-night workers needing food in the wee hours. Not any more. They close at 11pm. But that's not the horrible part.Their lights were on, their sign was on, and their doors were unlocked. I walked in. They looked at me like I was a lost child and they all had ankle tethers for child assault or worze.I just wanted food. They gave me arguments. They gave me reasons for their lazy worthlessness. They just said, "we're closed" instead. I asked them, "then why are all your lights on, your sign on, and your door unlocked?" I only received excuses, whining, and i difference. They did not care. They just did not care.I think it's time this place closed and went under, and all their employees stand in a food stamps line. This was shameful, and worthless.

Not a good place. Food didn't taste good, restaurant was completely empty, and all 3 of us didn't care that much for the food. Even worse, my kid got sick right afterwards.

Food wasn't like it use to be. Maybe a handful of customers and still took awhile for food. Sandwiches hardly had any meat on them. Won't be back there any time soon.

All of the food was overcooked. The chicken sandwich was cooked to death. The eggs were hard instead of fluffy. French fries were brown and hard cooked instead of golden brown and crispy. And to top it off, the potato skins were dark brown and flaky, as in, pick it up, and it started shattering before you could get it to your mouth. No amount of cheese and condiments could make you miss the fact that the actual potatoes were fried beyond recognition. It was not a great experience. The server was a nice girl, but still brought out the ugly food and didn't offer any refills on coffee or tea. I tipped her $10 on a $75 check, but it was more because she seemed so out of sorts than that she gave good service.

This used to be a great restaurant, after my experience just now I will NEVER go back. Didn't even stay for food because the hostess/ waitress was so rude, lazy and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Didn't wanna give 1 star but 0 wasn't a option.
