Our experience was not great. We arrived at 7:30pm and did not receive our food until 8:45. When we asked was the other side of the restaurant crowded we were told no the cook's are just slow. The entire order didn't come out together she brought the parts that were ready because we had been waiting so long. During this entire process did our waitress ask us if we wanted anymore water or need napkins when the food came out. When we were ready to go we had to ask another...

I had a reservation for 8:00 arrive on time was in line at 7:57 approached front desk at 7:59 waited 20 mins to be seated had to ask for silverware didn't come to get empty plates and didn't receive appetizer I ordered at I'm thinking ok I have a reservation no wait no issues but clearly that wasn't the case.

Decided to celebrate my Grandmother 70th birthday this past Wednesday & atmosphere/experience was horrible. Called in advance for a party of 12 & still didn’t get seats until 10-15 minutes after reservation at 6:40pm. Party wasn’t able to all seat together there was no drinks/water at tables until 10 minutes late & no silverware to use. Constantly had to ask for plates, silverware, etc then took 25 minutes for orders to come out & orders was wrong as well missing...
