My wife and I ordered food that was horrible ? I ordered General Tsao Chicken,meat was rubbery and big giant chunks tasteless with a red sauce that was equally as bad ?Shrimp fried rice had 3 Shrimp in it wife ordered Sweet and Sour chicken that was tough with tasteless sauce. Shrimp fried rice was crunchy I couldn't bare it threw majority of food out wasn't even worth giving it to a poor homeless person might be the last visit there

The front entrance is very unkept, very dusty and dirty. The carpet also. I just hope the kitchen is clean. I don't think I will return , until the place is cleaned up. They better hope the Health Department does not come around.

IT WAS TERRIBLE THERE WAS MAGGOTS , and staff was very rude especially young lady . When I was tryna check out she REFUSED to help me. 0/10 never coming here again.

I ordered the lunch special shrimp in lobster sauce (white sauce)and shrimp fried rice.(1) The price was not a lunch price I paid almost $12(2) The lobster sauce was like gravy, the shrimp seemed raw.(3) The rice was very salty.Safe to say I threw it away and I’m never going back.

The food is always consistently good. The owner has always been very kind and personable. Know the ambiance is that of a 1970's maybe 1980's kung fu movie. But to be honest the look is kinda the reason you sit down and eat there. Always clean, and the portions have always been pretty good. I moved away from Michigan a while ago. However, I always go there when I'm in town, and have never found a restaurant that makes the food as good as Red Ruby. Not all Chinese restaurants are alike. I've lived in Arizona, California, and now in Hawaii, and I always compare them to Red Ruby. I love this place and people should definitely eat here. I know I will, when I come home again.

Went 06/15/23 on my lunch, Almond Chicken over cooked and old, this is the second time, last time I got shrimp, which was over cooked and not cleaned. Thought I would I give them another chance. SUN CHINA was closed so I went there instead. Waisted money.
