This new shop is stunning inside and very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and professional, I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday and it far exceeded my expectations it was incredible ! A big hit at the party best cake I ever ate , all of the guests raved about it and I shared some with the staff at the venue. Everyone asked where it was purchased and I happily shared I will definitely get all of our cakes from there in the future ! We also had a tray of mixed sweets and a tray of cookies everything was yummy ?

Parking: Plenty of parking but Ford road can be busy when going in and out

The absolute BEST baklava. Great, prompt service. Selected multiple types of baklava to make a custom half tray. All delicious and meet/exceeded our expectations. My 4.5 year old son LOVED the wishing well fountain in the lobby too.

It is beautiful walking in, but unfortunately it didn't translate to the desserts; at least the ones I tried. I wanted a tres leches and even called to confirm that they sold them. I decided to try the Oreo one because I was told that was the best. All I got was a chocolate cake. The cake did not have ANY liquid on it at all ,you know, like a milk cake should. It wasn't nasty, but not only is it not what I expected it also wasn't what I asked for. The cake itself it's meant to be dripping the milk mixture and it just was a dry cake. For $6 it was a waste of money, especially because I went in for a specific thing. I also tried some of their dollar treats. I didn't care for them, but I believe that could just be cultural taste differences. All in all not a bad place to try but I wouldn't go for the tres leches cause that won't be what you are getting.

Honestly so so so dissapointed. We drove all the way from Toledo to try the new location and the service was terrible. The girl was short with me and not helpful at all. I typically spend alot of money and buy many things as i dont make it up here very often, so i stock up on sweets that the whole family looks forward to enjoying. The kunafa was good but everything else was mediocre at best. I will just continue to go to the original Shatila in deaborn. Don't waste your time or money. Hopefully they will get better with time...

I went here Saturday evening and asked if they can make me a half a sheet tiramisu cake by the next day. Mr. Mohamad kindly accepted and made the most beautiful and delicious cake ever. Everyone at the gathering asked me where I got this cake from it was Ah-Ma-Zing! I also love the baklava and ice cream here. Definitely check this place out and order your cakes from here. I know I will from now on.

They served me a piece of cake that was extremely old. To a point, it’s sitting in a puddle of water. The chocolate cake was turning a light color from sitting in the water. This was so sad. The lady up front should have straight up told me that it’s old and not sell it to me. The Dubai chocolate bar was very old. The pistachio cream was so dried up on the inside. Nothing about it was creamy. Never coming back.

Every time I'm in Detroit I come to have my favorite breakfast... a plate of knefe with the kaake on the side... and never disappointed by the taste... very close to what we get in Lebanon.
