My spouse and I have been here multiple times in the past without any trouble. Today, we decided to order the potato chive bites (which they did not have but we opted to get egg white bites instead), vanilla scones and a medium strawberry refresher with green tea. Then we go to the window and, they give us bacon bites instead of the egg white bites and the strawberry refresher with lemonade instead of the green tea! In addition, on one of the vanilla scones, there was a short dark brown hair on it! Definitely not our hair (I have short black hair and my spouse has long black curly hair)! That was the last disgusting straw for us, and we will never return to this Starbucks again.

I finally decided to come back and buy coffee from Starbucks. They had the slowest service and there was only two cars at the drive thru me and the another car . I pull up I got a matcha latte. The matcha was clumpy and when I asked they said they don’t shake it anymore. I asked since when, so I asked him if I request for u to shake it would u? He said yes but you have to go back around and re-order. It’s my lunch break I don’t have time to be driving around Starbucks just for them to get my drink right. I’m better off staying with the small local coffee shops

This Starbucks is horrible. It's always an issue with my beverage. I ordered a hot drink & requested it be made extra hot I get it and it's barely hot. Last week I was given the wrong drink. It makes no sense to go through the drive thru just to have to go inside the store because your drink is wrong. I'm so mad I just reloaded my gift card. Once the balance is gone I will be returning to Tim Hortons or Dunkin Donuts were I never had these issues. When I go it's not even busy at all so it's no excuse to make these errors. This Starbucks can't get it right. They have lost a loyal customer.

I came into the Starbucks and it took them at least 5 minutes to respond to when I was standing right in front of them at the register there was a young lady that was pregnant and she started to take my order and halfway through she left the register to go to the back to get something to drink whiskey drink in front of me I can see it, then she came back and she was unable to help me with my request she asked another worker if they can help me and they were unable to help me with my request too, they both look unhappy today they did not have smiles on their face I just feel that they could have been a little bit more happier about what they're doing because if they don't like their job they should find another job somewhere else they need to have a positive attitude that way the customers feel happy on coming to this location

I usually always come to this starbucks and im greeted with a smile, but today in particular the lady working at the cash, she wears a scarf. Rolled her eyes at me and didnt even greet me, she was very rude.

Went through the drive thru at 10:40am Wednesday 6/5/2024. The lady at the window was very rude. Mind you I spend a ton of money at this location. At least 100 a week. I’ll never return again. I actually wanted to add more to my order and was told I’d have to drive thru again to do so. I was spoken to as if I was an idiot for asking. There were no customers inside or behind me at the time. Why would I have to loop around again? So weird. When I questioned her, she refused to talk to me. She handed me my order and didn’t tell me I was all set. Had to sit in the car and look through bags to see if I was good to go. When I got to work and passed out our order, the cake pop was cracked, impossible breakfast sandwiches hard as a rock, cappuccino only half filled and the refresher sour. Done on purpose I assume based on the attitude I got. It’s the only time in YEARS I’ve had a bad order. This location is on the struggle bus and instead of making an additional sale, they lost a long time, big paying customer. Skip this location.

Starbucks make low grade, over roasted coffee and they cover it up with cheap flavored syrups. Their coffee drinks are over glorified caffeine milkshakes. If that's your thing, have at.
