This store is my favorite to stop by at! Workers are very friendly and helpful. I was trying to decide what I should get my daughter and the barista recommended a vanilla bean with raspberry syrup! She loved it and now my wallet has never been the same LOL. I now go out of my way to go to this location

I tried to place my order in the drive through and was asked to repeat myself multiple times (usually i don’t mind but this makes a difference later on). We ordered two venti drinks and were given one grande and one 3/4 full venti cup with no ice even though i said i wanted it iced multiple times. when i asked the employee about the drink she took it to the sink and filled it with what i assume was sink water (as it looked even lighter and tasted watered down) and still no ice. She was rude the entire time, didn’t say hi, and acted like the mixup was my fault to begin with. I understand things happen and didn’t fault them for that initially but at least own up to your mistakes and try to make things right instead of feeding someone tap water. I also tried to get a refund through corporate but because they didn’t give me my receipt (even after i asked what i paid for) i was told there’s nothing they can do.

My brother and I went into the Starbucks. We are two African-American people. The young lady behind the counter has on a pink headband. She saw my brother and I come in there together. I ordered a seven dollar frappe he asked for a cup of water. This young lady was of another race and told my brother that he needed to buy something. I walked over to the young lady and told her that I wanted to have a cup of water and then I said this is ridiculous that you see him with me and he has to ask you for a cup of water and you deny him. while my brother and I was sitting down waiting for the drink to be prepared, we were sitting next to a Caucasian man who had a cup of water. He was very pleasant and very nice. He told us they didn’t give it to us because we were black. I didn’t say anything I didn’t do anything. She called us to get my drink. I walked over to the counter and grab my drink and upon leaving The so-called manager told me that I need to watch how I talk to her that I should’ve spoke to her that way. I didn’t say anything to that young lady, so I called a few minutes later asking for the general manager’s name she put me on hold she came back to the phone and asked me what’s wrong. Is there anything I can help you with and I said no it’s not She say are you sure are you positive? She knew who I was long story short this is a racist Starbucks and I am going to be calling the general manager and Starbucks corporation on this store. It’s really sad in 2025 when young women still judge black men by how they look.

The only reason I don't give them five stars is i never get my reward stars from this location ever and who wants to call customer service every time I would just go to another location at this point and I spend $13 a day and I go everyday

My spouse and I have been here multiple times in the past without any trouble. Today, we decided to order the potato chive bites (which they did not have but we opted to get egg white bites instead), vanilla scones and a medium strawberry refresher with green tea. Then we go to the window and, they give us bacon bites instead of the egg white bites and the strawberry refresher with lemonade instead of the green tea! In addition, on one of the vanilla scones, there was a short dark brown hair on it! Definitely not our hair (I have short black hair and my spouse has long black curly hair)! That was the last disgusting straw for us, and we will never return to this Starbucks again.

I finally decided to come back and buy coffee from Starbucks. They had the slowest service and there was only two cars at the drive thru me and the another car . I pull up I got a matcha latte. The matcha was clumpy and when I asked they said they don’t shake it anymore. I asked since when, so I asked him if I request for u to shake it would u? He said yes but you have to go back around and re-order. It’s my lunch break I don’t have time to be driving around Starbucks just for them to get my drink right. I’m better off staying with the small local coffee shops
