Worst experience ever with subway I will never go back to this one ever again.. the lady was so rude I would of walked out if my kid didn't want a sub really bad. And made my sandwich so crappy omg..

Been coming here for two years and the last couple weeks have been awful. I typically order online and it’s like they don’t care to do the online orders and do not follow any of the requests made in the comment section. This time I’m currently waiting in the dining are for my order to be complete, which was supposedly done 10 minutes ago according to the app. The only good thing is the location. Steer clear.

Owner works hard here to keep restaurant clean, food fresh, and employees working! Ice machine is always clean, never any problem! Many @subways in the area could learn something from this Owner corporate!Vegetarian options: veggies

I have to give a one star. The miss that served me was sweet. Took care of me right away and was nice the whole time . Made my two sub just right. On that note i cant order online or they WILL mess up ur order. So i went in and placed my order face to face. Again she did just fine, so i paid and went about my way. When i start ed to eat my sub somthing taisted weird. I figured it was a 10$ sub and i didnt want to waste it cuz it ws expencive. I only ate half before i ended up throwing it away . I then spent the next 10 mins. Throwing it back up. Turns out the tuna is bad. So whats the point of spending 10$ on a sub thats no good. Some of us dont make that much. So eating at a place like this is a treat. Ilike right down the rod but I will not be going back. I will go out of my way to a different one . Sad really.

Avoid this location.This place has changed in the past 6 months. Other subways haven’t.They never toast when I request. I select ‘more’ and they give 1/4 of what other stores do.This pic is 50% more meat.It's too bad. I used to go here a lot.

I can understand being overwhelmed these days with all the online orders and only having teenagers on staff, but feeling like I'm completely not wanted there ...when I'm the only customer inside who wants one sub, really makes me feel like I'm never coming back to this location. I just feel weird and uncomfortable.

I'm giving 1 star because I have to. Everything was ok until the end when I asked to have the "house" oil put in a cup. I was told they have packets. I was purchasing 2 sandwiches, and the packets don't taste the same. This was 6:30 pm, and the person making the sandwiches said that's all the oil they have. Ok, so you weren't just going to put THAT oil on my sandwiches, and you can't just put it in a cup? After a few minutes of back and forth, I told her I didn't want these and proceeded to walk out. She was yelling behind me, "So you're going to just waste money for us?" I thought to myself, no, you are. I then went to another Subway where they were more than happy to give me the oil in a cup. The Pelham Subway is a few minutes from my home, but I WILL drive the extra miles to my new go to Subway.

It is ran by young children with no manager on site! They don't know how to make a sub! Then when you let them know that the sub is incorrect they say you are lying! If young children are working at a restaurant a manager should be there at all times! Then the way they talk to customers is unacceptable! Since when is it ok to use the "F" word when talking to a customer that is asking for your name so you can refer back to who you spoke with when you talk with management! Giving this location a 1 star is generous! I would give it a zero if I could!

$30 for 2 subs n 2 pops . Never again. Lower your prices. It's not like the owners don't have millions of $ just sitting around. Some of us are living check to check

Disturbing, unethical. In the past my husband and I have ordered from this store. We always had great customer service, until last night. Usually we pick up our order, but we had both had a long day so we ordered delivery through their website. We were sent a confirmation code. After an hour we hadn't received our food so we called them. They told us that they had no record of this order! I was getting ready to head up there to see what was going on, when my husband was sent a second text with a different conformation number, which was actually their store number! Then a third text came through saying that Baida had picked up our order and that it was delivered, with a third confirmation number! These messages were coming from Door Dash, but we didn't order through them and they usually post a picture of the food being delivered. We did not receive a picture! My husband pulled up the order and it showed that it was delivered to the store! It is now an hour and a half after we placed our order, so I drove to the store, showed the girl my order and she said, "I remember making that order! Someone picked it up!" When I told her that we didn't receive our order, she told me to go through Door Dash! I explained that we didn't order through Door Dash, we ordered through their website! She told me that they don't deliver! Then why is it an option on their website?? I was tired and frustrated, so I asked the girl if she could at least make my husbands sub. She said, "of course! I'll start it as soon as I am done sweeping!". I went to my car to get my wallet. When I entered the store again, I was told that they were out of marinara sauce and that I should try the Subway on Outer Drive! No refund was offered and they couldn't even re-make our order! When I got home I called the store and asked to talk to a manager. I was told that there was no manager on duty that night, but that their manager Sarah would be available the next day. My husband called the store 20 minutes later and spoke to the manager, Sarah! Unbelievable! On their website there is no way to contact a General Manager or even their owner, and I am definitely not going to call and talk to Sarah, so I have contacted corporate! We have screen shots to prove it!
