Not gnna lie I think it’s time this subway packs it up. Went there for a sub cookies and pizza and EVERYTHING was stale and old. They not even trying anymore. Just shut down

I usually don’t write many reviews unless they are worth it, but I came in a little after 4 PM And the Young lady, I’m not sure what her name is was absolutely wonderful very welcoming and kind. Great customer service food was good super clean as well

I ordered EXTRA MAYO, onions, olives and Chipotle sauce. It came DRY no mayo, no union's like 2 olives no jalapeños not toasted or cut in half. I called the store he said, you can come back I can give you a side of mayo. I said what about the rest of my sandwhich??? Abd im already home! He said we'll do better next time...🤨🤨 are u SERIOUS??? No remake offer, no percentage off next time? Yeah, it a no for me! Pass this place up!! 💯

Today at about 1:30 pm. I arrived in this Subway, they only had wheat bread. The bread was hard, so the server said she would warm it up in the oven. I bought 2 sandwiches. When I got home, I ate mine, picking off the hard bread but my son refused to eat his sandwich. I took his back and they refused to make a new sandwich, saying it's been 2 hours and I shouldn't have taken it for two hours! I don't know if this store is under new management, but in the past, the men were friendlier. The 2 women today had horrible attitudes, I will never come back to this restaurant again!!!

Visited the Subway on Ford Road in Dearborn Heights on September 8, 2025, around 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, the staff member she’s serving us had a noticeable with very bad attitude and was not welcoming, which led us to leave without completing our order. Owner can check camera and listen to how she has attitude . I hope the service can be improved in the future.

The worst subway I have ever visited in my life There was a young guy helping us me and my friend we were chatting if we should Dine in the guy said don't Make a mess I just cleaned up the tables I have never experienced such a thing like this in any restaurant in the USA in my entire life that's not how you talk to customer such a shame So rude. He was rushing me up Answer me with short answers I will Never come back again.
