THE employee that got our order was extremely rude. She was upset that we ordered on the app. We waited an additional 15 min, because she sd she didn't look that it came in. Whatever! Both breads were so stale, it cut the roof of my mouth and lip. We won't be back to this location!

I stop here maybe ever couple of months or so. I get the same thing every time. A steak and cheese sub. This particular subway seems to always have curtious, friendly and hospitable workers. The service is excellent. The interior is always clean. If you want subway. I recommend this one.

This is the worst place to do a online order! The fist time, my order was canceled by the store as I was in route. This time order ready 6:45p arrived 6:43p only to be told my order is not ready. How frustrating. Side bar, as I'm waiting another person came in to pickup online order only to be told, it's not ready.

My salad was not what I expected at all. I had to throw it away. The chicken and bacon were not toasted good, the meat was horrible in my salad. All a waste. First time with this experience, but that experience was all I needed. I won’t be going back.

I usually go to this subway everyday sometimes twice a day & I always get the cheddar broccoli soup.. well today I went in to get the soup it was cold and chunky. The soups never been like that and I called the store to let me know and she tells me that they just made it fresh and it takes time to cook and it still to cook more when they put it out on the floor to be served and I'm thinking that makes no sense so they are serving soup thats not done cooking all the way. That's how people get food poisoning and then the girl at subway tells me oh if I bring it back up here I can warm it up in the microwave... Like really?! I'm gonna drive all the way back up there to warm my soup up. I shouldn't have to even do it if it was made right the first time. I really think I will be going to a different subway or just not go no more and make my own soup for now on. I'm just really disappointed cause I have bad stomach issues going on and the really thing I can eat soup so it just really sucks. And then they didn't solve the problem. Also they stop serving their soup at 6 when they don't close till 9pm.

Not a very friendly manager working today she made my sandwiches but she's got a real snobby attitude when I was paying for my food the card had declined but the money that came out of my account saying it was pending I tried to explain it to the manager but she didn't want to believe me so I had to show her and she still was being skeptical but when I actually showed it was pending on my card then she went on to my phone to cancel it out but she was basically not believing me and even after the situation got fixed she didn't have the common courtesy to apologize for her arguing about the situation and instead of handing me my receipt she just shoved it in the bag with an attitude of asking me if I wanted my receipt handed to me or put it in the bag didn't give me a choice she's very rude and needs to be trained on how to handle customers properly

Customer service was great I have no problems they were pretty nice The food quantity is ridiculously low they barely put anything on your sandwich it feels like there's more bread than actual food in the sandwich and they only keep going up on prices I don't understand if they triple their price in 10 years and they dropped the quantity of food how do they expect their customers to be happy and come back
