I’ve have ordered my food on the system and nobody was at the counter and I asked the person on the front of the counter. When is my order gonna be ready and a person saying my name is wasn’t on the system so I was running late for work and I just ordered two burrito and another steak burrito And one drink and I can’t get no customer service. This is bad business man and you got other people in the back talking and playing loud music it’s unprofessional. I’m not going to this place ever again this location.

Everything is always wrong! They never give you the sauce you order. Food takes too long just a mess! Manager does not care at all!
I came to this location because they are so nice and helpful with menu items. I pulled up to drive thru a pleasant voice asked if she can take my order I was ordering for my children so in asking a lot of questions . Another voice chimed in to help a male both were talking turns answering my questions and I finally on everyone's order . I just wanted to say thank you to the great staff over there working together and not once changed their demeanor stayed professional. My kids were happy and I tried the new street taco that was delicious . Us as customers never take time to write a good review but quick to write a bad one Shout out to the two staff members that helped me keep up the good work 😋😋

Customer service is terrible. Waited 20 minutes for two tacos and the catilla bowl. They worry about drive-thru before they worry about their customers that's in the inside and after I received my food they gave it to me and she was very rude. No type of courtesy, drink or food for my inconvenience and wait. I will never come to this establishment again!!

9 out of 10 times I order soft tacos with no lettuce they have lettuce on it. Wth Taco Bell. As a person who has worked in fast food I understand things happen and things get mixed up or the wrong things get sent out but literally it's almost every time. Just ordered 2, 5 layer burritos that were right, a chicken quesadilla that was right, 2 orders of nacho fries and 2 soft tacos with no lettuce and they were drowning in lettuce.

Good luck with this location. They can't break bigger bills and my food sat for a good 15 mins while I went across the street to get change. The person had attitude for some reason about inconveniencing me. Weird.
