Small cup of ice cream for 9.91??? She took my phone inside and def tipped herself. never go through the drive thru! Went there two days before that and got charged only 7 dollars for a bigger cup

Walked in around noon on a monday. I was glad they were opened until she told me they didn't serve ice cream until 2:00 p.m. She said she was just the coffee girl. Pleasant personality but horrible business practices. They're an ice cream place that doesn't serve ice cream during their open hours? Reading the other one star reviews, I was probably lucky as their prices were high and according to reviewers pictures, you don't get much. I'm just wondering if places like this are nothing more than a money laundering or tax write off

Ordered a cake batter shake and an orange cooler. The cake batter shake was so watery and did not have any cake batter. It tasted like milk and ice chips with the cheapest waxy chocolate that sticks to the roof of your mouth. My daughter ordered the orange cooler and she hated it. Didn't even look like an orange cooler, instead it looked like an orange slushy with whip cream. Plus she said it was really sour. If you want an actual orange cooler just go to Olga's and you'll see and taste the difference.

I had a great time checking out the custard co in dearborn heights. I discovered the establishment through tiktok posts of their employees showing up on my for you page. I was served by Houssam a very kind kid making my experience so much easier considering the variety. I loved the place and I cannot wait to come back to try more items.

Came in today 09/20. I can’t believe they hire two people one that has his AirPod in and is doing nothing and laughing and looking straight at us and doing nothing we waited more than 20 minutes just for two cones of ice cream. The other guys running around between the drive-through orders the phone orders and computer plus taking care of the people inside. A busy place like that should have more than one employee. The ice cream was melted and falling off the cone Super disappointed honestly.
