I’m really disappointed with the service here. I waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window with no response, and eventually had to go down myself, only to see the workers standing around talking to their friends instead of helping customers. They asked each other if they heard anyone well yeah not over your talking. That’s unacceptable. Truly truly truly was my last visit.

On top of that, there’s no consistency in what’s served. The same order is sometimes filled properly, but other times it’s noticeably less — and then I’m told I have to pay “extra” just to get what I’ve already received in the past without paying more. The item is already $16+ now I’m paying $20 for something I would have got less a different time. Customers shouldn’t have to guess if they’ll get the same amount or be charged differently each visit. Control your portion sizes!!! I’m sure it was because I explained how long i waited and they probably did it on purpose honestly.

I paid for a strawberry Dubai chocolate cup, but I received a cup full of vanilla sundae with three pieces of strawberry and a teaspoon of pistachio cream on top. This is very unacceptable.

The one on Warren I would never go back to.The service was just like a porta potty.

Stood around for more than 5 minutes waiting to be served, only to be told that they could not serve me because they were not open. The door was open. People were being served in the drive-thru. I wanted ice cream, but they only serve coffee before 2. Did not see that on the door before I walked in. I will stick to Monroe from now on. When I walk in, ice cream is ALWAYS available! I promised someone ice cream, and now I can't even give it to them. What a waste!

Small cup of ice cream for 9.91??? She took my phone inside and def tipped herself. never go through the drive thru! Went there two days before that and got charged only 7 dollars for a bigger cup

Walked in around noon on a monday. I was glad they were opened until she told me they didn't serve ice cream until 2:00 p.m. She said she was just the coffee girl. Pleasant personality but horrible business practices. They're an ice cream place that doesn't serve ice cream during their open hours? Reading the other one star reviews, I was probably lucky as their prices were high and according to reviewers pictures, you don't get much. I'm just wondering if places like this are nothing more than a money laundering or tax write off

Ordered a cake batter shake and an orange cooler. The cake batter shake was so watery and did not have any cake batter. It tasted like milk and ice chips with the cheapest waxy chocolate that sticks to the roof of your mouth. My daughter ordered the orange cooler and she hated it. Didn't even look like an orange cooler, instead it looked like an orange slushy with whip cream. Plus she said it was really sour. If you want an actual orange cooler just go to Olga's and you'll see and taste the difference.

Absolutely amazing the wowffles are thee best make sure you add caramel !
