I’m really disappointed with the service here. I waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window with no response, and eventually had to go down myself, only to see the workers standing around talking to their friends instead of helping customers. They asked each other if they heard anyone well yeah not over your talking. That’s unacceptable. Truly truly truly was my last visit.

On top of that, there’s no consistency in what’s served. The same order...

Walked in around noon on a monday. I was glad they were opened until she told me they didn't serve ice cream until 2:00 p.m. She said she was just the coffee girl. Pleasant personality but horrible business practices. They're an ice cream place that doesn't serve ice cream during their open hours? Reading the other one star reviews, I was probably lucky as their prices were high and according to reviewers pictures, you don't get much. I'm just wondering...
