My chicken shawarma was fine but not good enough to justify the 15 minute wait, and they were out of my first choice, which is OK but kindof disappointing since melts are their whole thing. The cashier was unhelpful and uninterested. Maybe I should have said it was my first visit, but you shouldn't really have to to get good service. The service is the main thing I was displeased with.I wasn't impressed at all and don't think I'll return. I usually go to Al Sultan for my shawarma wraps, theirs is fuller and better for the same price and they make you feel appreciated when you order so I'll just keep going there.Vegetarian options: Were out of them at 3 pm

The Boba drinks are great but the food is mid. My salads have all been pretty bad. Lettuce is always garbage and they don't season the chicken much. I tried to give it a chance again today, but nope! Stick to their patty melts but don't get a salad from here or the chicken melts.

Dearborn Heights location.FYI for first timers: order at the counter then the food is delivered to your table. I recommend you look at the menu online ahead of time as it is quite extensive. It took me a good 10 minutes to check out all the possibilities.The sandwiches are made for a hearty appetite! My adult daughter and I shared one sandwich and 2 sides ?and we didn't have room for dessert ?. The sandwich meat was shaved like Philly Steak, but better due to some sort of marinade. VERY TASTY.Huge selection of Boba and other drinks. However, we opted for the pop machine.This was a great place to eat before going to the Player's Guild of Dearborn to see a terrific play.I would normally expect waitstaff service at those prices. Thus 4 stars. We will definitely go back, though.
First time here. Ordered the terry melt and curly fries. Several customers came behind us and order large orders for both. Both of those customers received their food before we did. Unacceptable and will not be returning. Was going to dine in and decided after the other customers got serve to have it to go.The food was ok. Fries were cold and slightly hard. The terry melt was decent. Sad.

If looking for a professional position with a serious and positive attitude, make sure you communicate VERY clearly on exactly what you are want regarding pay and how the job works because the owners tend to have “misunderstandings.” And if you are looking for a clean and sanitary environment I don’t recommend Terry Melt. They do not use gloves when prepping, and handling/packaging the food. They also don’t wear hats so if you find a hair in your food you know it’s not yours. Be careful when eating or applying to this place.
