I will never come back to this place ever, and I know you don't care by your service yesterday. They are so rude they act like it hurt them so bad to serve the customers, they we're acting like they didn't want to be there. They were just throwing orders up on the counter and expecting for the customers to package their own food. When customers complain and told them to put the food in the bag because it wasn't the customer's job, they did it but grudgingly. Once the customer left, you can hear and see them talking in their language about the customer. I ordered a sausage an egg croissant. Was the worst ever, the bread was burnt. I was so mad once I got to where I was going and seen that the bread was burnt. Also there's no flavor to the sausage. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the coffee was awesome.... I wish I had taken a picture of that monstrosity they called a sausage and egg croissant before I threw it out the window. I feel sorry for the owners because some of the workers (not all 3 female workers one of them is the cook) are screwing up the business.

One of the worst places I’ve went to the guy who make the payments was so rude and he was yelling at me for taking a little long to transfer money between accounts he told me to pull up and come inside for the payment but I left and didn’t take neither the drink or the money I paid with cash

I went to tim Hortons to buy sandwiches for my lunch for my family I bought 3 turkey club sandwiches the bread was hard as a brick lettuce was warped. It was horrible. Called the manager because I live a good ways from the store and she said next time I come that way, which I only come probably once a month or twice a month on January 13 I was in the store when I picked up the sandwiches that was hard as a brick and today is 1 February and I was refused by the manager after speaking to the manager on the 13th and she said next time I come that way they were replaced those sandwiches I get there and they said no we’re not replacing your sandwiches so I would never shop there again and I would definitely spread the word. Do not go to that store to purchase anything because of the horrible experience I had with this restaurant.. I will not buy anything from the store or any of their restaurants ever again not never again very expensive and not worth it

Who takes a order while on the phone then messes the order up. Then when you ask for the manager they have the nerve to say they are the manager. Smh, Even worse! No apology or nothing! Which ever manager worked Saturday 1-25-25 around 3pm needs to be retrained. Poor customer service.

I have gone twice and both time's I was told they they didn't have iced coffee! When I pulled off from drive through I could clearly see the girls working inside laughing. How are they not going to have coffee!!

This isnt the first time this location has been terrible, but after the THIRD time you think it would get better. The people working there barely spoke english and didn't understand a word I said. I kept telling them "I need two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on an english muffin" and they gave me one with sausage and one without. I tried getting a meal and they didnt have hashbrowns so I asked them to substitute it for something. They were so confused when I asked them this and were extremely rude back to me. I tried to give this place 2 more chances and they apparently dont care about customer service at ALL! I wish the Tim Hortons closest to me wouldve been better than this. Now Ive learned and Ill just stick to Mcdonalds. 😒 Tims needs to hire people who know how to do their job and not have the cashier asking 3 other people how to ring things up. Ridiculous. 🤦

This place genuinely suck. I order the same thing every time . Lg caramel macchiato & lg black and they NEVER make the caramel correctly. It’s just milk and foam. I don’t get how my order is that difficult that they get it wrong 9/10.

I went through the drive through for a gingerbread oat milk chai and the girl said they were out of it then got back on the headset and said they had it I go to the window pay and pull off and what do you know it wasn’t it it was nasty tasted acidic wasn’t gingerbread at all I try to give them chances because it’s close to home but every single time I go the coffee is always nasty with a weird taste and smell Tim hortons used to be a favorite now I wouldn’t waste time money or energy going back I’ll stick to Starbucks this location is always the worst

But when i am everyday customre and i ordero one cup coffee, wit Corssianta nd ending up the corssiant it was very dry taste very old, i try to call them the phone always busy. I think they need to find another manoger to care about this location, bc its not the first time the do stuff like that, they done even know how they take your order.what sham.
