I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons, and the employees truly make the difference. The staff is fast, friendly, and always welcoming.
I want to give a special shout-out to Drake — he consistently goes above and beyond. He’s respectful, quick, and always greets customers with a great attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it makes every visit better.

Came here yesterday to be presented by amazing customer service, I ordered a large french vanilla, a vanilla dip donut, and a turkey bacon club. the guy with the long hair and hat was very pleasant to deal with. he has amazing customer service skills. I would definitely come back to this tim hortons for his service.

I loved the workers, especially the extra friendly guy with the super long hair. Definitely caught me at a bad day but made it 100x better. Thx for the amazing drink and keep up the good work!!

1-Star Review – Very Discriminatory Experience
I had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons location. I was driving through the driveway with my mother, who wears a scarf, and the employee at the window treated us with clear disrespect. When he handed me my coffee, he shoved it toward me so harshly that it almost spilled all over my lap. His attitude felt extremely hostile for no reason.
I parked my car and went inside to calmly speak with the manager. Instead of listening or showing any concern, she immediately approached me with a rude tone saying, “What? What is this about?” I explained what happened, and instead of taking it seriously, she questioned me: “Why do you think he did that?”
I told her I wasn’t sure and that maybe she should ask him. I also mentioned that perhaps it was because we look different or because my mom was wearing a scarf. Her response was simply, “Oh, okay… you can leave. Please leave the store.”
She never apologized, never addressed the employee, and instead kicked me out for expressing my concerns.
No customer deserves to be treated this way. I left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and completely dismissed. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the company takes action so others don’t experience the same discrimination.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the workers , I asked for extra vanilla on the side , and when I didn’t receive it I asked them where it was and the white male that wears the hat with his nails painted that claimed to be the “supervisor” told me to “ learn how to order” , and then the female worker jumped in on the conversation and said leave because there’s a car behind you when I was a paying costumer as well , really think this place needs to have a better judgment on the people they hire . Gross and unprofessional.

I just now went thru the drive thru becauseu Tim Hortons is closed ! We were polite and asked for more cream in my icecapp! I was told they couldn't so I just asked for my money back because i was just done with i. Someone walked over amd asked if I wanted more cream and I said no I'm sorry if your coworker wasn't rude then yeah but nowI just want my money back please ! The coworker and other girl continued to talk about us like we didn't hear them. On top of that they gave me less change than I paid, I usually dont care but I'm a waitress and I feel bad they have to work on a holiday but so do I .

I had a horrible experience with the manager at this location, by far the worst, most unprofessional interaction I've had at a Tim Hortons, let alone from someone in a management position. I feel for the employees working under her as her behavior and attitude did not reflect that of someone that should be in a leadership position. Would rather drive the extra 5+ mins to visit the other locations in the area.

I had a very rude experience at your drive thru today. It was close to close time. 7:40. Close is 8. We pulled in and asked for Carmel ice caps. The man working politely stated the machines were not available for that. Ok. As we were figuring out what to order instead we were talking among ourselves about the sandwiches on the menu., as we were talking the lady working came on the speaker loudly and rudely stating that they close in 18 minutes and are not serving food. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We left and went to McDonald’s and had a very pleasant ordering experience.

last year this used to be my support everyone was really nice and they made good coffee. Well within the year they hired new people that didn’t wanna work there and did not do their job correctly. I was very upset every time I was spent five dollars for a coffee and it would not be good at all well recently. I’ve went there a couple times and there’s always this guy with braces working the drive-through and I just wanna complement him. He seems like he really enjoys what he does and he seems like he likes talking to people. I came in there today at 10 o’clock and he was the most friendliest person I’ve ever met and he truly made my day and I hope the manager sees this because you did great with hiring him. You really did and I hope you keep him on because without him I wouldn’t be coming there and of course I appreciate the people who actually makes my coffee also because it is 10 times better now thank you guys so much and I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves and I hope He makes it in life..
