Previous employee at this location, just quit Saturday (May 10, 2025.) I worked window and sometimes made drinks but primarily worked the drive thru window. I absolutely loved coming to work solely for a couple of my coworkers and mainly the customers. Outside of those things it was a nightmare working here. My manager (Krissy) seemed to be a good manager when I first started. We built a great relationship in work and outside of work. Right before I left out of town for my mother in laws memorial service everything changed. I was treated differently for no apparent reason. I brushed it off and continued work and just kept it as showing up for work and working. I cut a lot of outside work relationships off besides the very few I'm still very close with. The main issues I had working here were coworkers dropped food and still served it to customers, racial comments about customers, name calling about customers, the lack of just customer service that most of them don't have including the manager, always complaining that customers order anything at that location and the list goes on and on. Honestly they all need more training in customer service or maybe find a different job that isn't customer service, they are not fit for a customer service job. The girl Julie is a main contender of being rude which is why she no longer worked window when I was working. I'd constantly get complaints about how rude she is when taking someone's order or even if she worked the window on a day I wasn't working. I've taken scoldings to the chin for simply being a good worker and giving an extra item that may have been missed when order or even simply a cup of ice/water. And that's because Im great at customer service. There's a time and place to be rude and to people simply paying for things with their money is not the time nor place. And $13/hour is not worth the headache anymore. There's no overtime, no paid time off, no holiday pay (I've had to personally work a holiday I wasn't scheduled for and wasn't allowed to clock in) and the store from and inside perspective is just horribly ran. It really should be sold to new owners who know how to run and store and most of the staff need to be replaced (not included the couple I'm close with currently.) This is my rant about working at the worst job I've worked at. Save your money, time and stomachs because you could possibly be eating floor food.

I spent 10 minutes in line with one person in front of me. I ordered a French vanilla cappuccino with whip on top. Got a coffee with cream!!! That went into the trash. Waste of money. Dint bother going here. The better one is on Vanborn rd near Monroe. At least they get my order right everytime!! I will never come back here!

Is there below a 1 star? The employees at this location are very rude for no reason! Every time I go they are rude and or incompetent I have given this location several chances after yesterday I will not be coming back. When I pulled up to the speaker I didn’t hear what the employee had said so I said I’m ready, and she shout “go ahead” in a very nasty, loud and rude tone, and I was very polite the whole time I didn’t say anything. This is not okay! This was one of several nasty experiences.

Hi there I come to this location every Sunday and order the same thing every time I come in and get 3 pup cups for my babies never have i been charged now all sudden they wanna charge me and they are very rude i asked to speak to the manager and she didn't even wanna come to window and see what the problem was some white lady and when I asked why I'm I being charged they couldn't even answer me look at me like im stupied so like what kind of business you running in this place takes there customers as jokes because they where laughing and being rude and just unprofessional I won't return to this tim Hortons I'll go back to dunkin donuts where they treat you right and don't over charge and laugh thanks get your employees in line there ruining your business.

Ordered a sausage n cheese croissant first got sausage n cheese biscuits second gotten sausage n cheese muffins. Took 3 tries n 6 girls yelling at me to get my order. Young man on counter was trying but girls were not helping him with anything and manager was on window not giving orders 🤦

Ordered online and store said they didn't have my items and couldn't refund my money. Digital support said only the store can refund my money, so I went back in and asked for a refund. Owen told me no manager was onsite so they couldn't help me. He was very nasty about it, he was the same one who told me I'd have to dispute the order with the app in the first place, and you can tell he hates his job. I don't blame him, shit wages to deal with a broken system and disappointed people? I told him to go ahead and call the manager to come back, so he went out to a car parked outside and then slammed his way back behind the counter mumbling thought she left but she's still here. Then a moment later a woman named Ashley walked out of the back and said she was the manager. She said she couldn't refund my order because she couldn't find it in the system and that digital support was the only way to get help. Ordered $25 worth of breakfast and got no food and no refund. Do not use the Tim Hortons app and do yourself a favor and skip this location for any other nearby.

Making your workers work on thanks giving is wild. Coming up there and yelling at them for running out of food is awful. Having workers work but not letting the clock in or get paid is also illegal. Treat your employees with respect, the things I’ve heard are insane. The owners don’t care about their workers. And only want to make a profit.

I have had nothing but negative experiences at this location. Every time I order food I am asked to pull around to the other side and end up having to wait for some time to get my food. I ordered on the app the last two visits. The first time, they had a hard time finding my order and didn't have it ready. Today, I got to the window and gave them my order number and I was told they didn't have any of the food I ordered. I had already paid for the food and when I asked how I can get a refund, I was told to go to the app and request one.
After searching the app, website and Google, I found out that the manager of the store is the only one that can give me a refund. I called the store and of course, the manager won't be in until tomorrow. I do not recommend this Tim Hortons and would suggest not using the app, as it just makes things more difficult. I was also told by an employee that I could not use my Tim Horton Points. They said they didn't know how the points work.
