Received terrible service here yesterday. They refused to accept my very real $100 bill because they didnt have change in to give me, the young woman with the very long hot pink nails told us to use a different payment method because she only had $30 in her draw. We tell her we only had big bills, she rolled her eyes and said “what do you want me to do”. She then demands the coffees that we were already drinking back, wouldn’t hand us our $100 bill until we did. She then slams the window shut, her coworker comes over and immediately tells her she should have contacted a manager and the girl with pink nails says “i didnt want to”. Her coworker did apologize for her friends behavior though.

I love Tim Hortons coffee, but this site charges $5 for an everything bagel with just sausage and cheese (no egg) when every other Tim Hortons in the state of Michigan charges ~$3. When I asked about the cost being so much more they quickly said, “this is the price”. When I then asked, “even without the egg” the drive through attended said it is the same price with or without the egg.Upon going inside and trying to talk with someone else I was told again “This is the price” while the cashier walked away in disbelief that I could even question it.I won’t be returning here again. There are other sites that I do not have this problem with price or service. I highly doubt the price of this sandwich is all of a sudden 2x as much regardless of egg on it.I would encourage people to visit another Tim Hortons just 2 miles down the road to save yourself the aggravation.

The attitude of the employees that work here is astonishing every single time some issue. Sorry you couldn't stare at your phone for one minute while you deal with customers..Ohh 3 time the I used cappuccino machine is down.. What are you mcdonald's now lol! Never again here.

This is the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to, everytime I get a ice capp they ask me if I want whip cream I say yes and they never put whip cream on it after I just payed extra for it. Do better tim hortons cus this is not a one time thing I’m paying extra for something I’m not getting after they just OFFERED me

Went through the drive thru, ordered a medium hot french vanilla cappuccino with a senior discount. Received half a cup of coffee with a half a cup of foam. Worst cup of coffee. Tried to call them, the number on their post is a fax number. Never going back. There are too many others near by that I can go to.
