I come to this Tim Hortons just about every day and at times I just overlook mistakes because I know people are learning today is Sunday, October 26. My husband came in and got an extra large coffee a small coffee two donuts I asked for a plain doughnut which was hard as a brick, and he received a doughnut that he didn’t ask for he asked for a donut with chocolate on it. They gave him a Halloween doughnut with pink icing on it. if they didn’t have what he asked for or the donut was not fresh they should’ve said something. They just gave us what they wanted to give us and that wasn’t cool at all so whoever is working in that window today needs to be talked to Reanetta Nix is my name

I am in this store almost everyday get the same thing the girls are amazing the boys don’t listen how are you gonna charge me for a Reese ice cap and give me carnal and when I ask for the actual candy you say ohh you want that.. yes I paid for that and I didn’t want carnal I wanted a Reese one.. every time they are in there they mess up and act like they don’t. Wish there was another store by my work

Tim Hortons would be a lot better if they actually made donuts in house instead of freezing them at the manufacturing locations and shipped in bulk. Thawed, days old donuts and pastries do not excite me.
The coffee however does excite me.

Friendly staff. Always look out for me and it's easy to visit seeing as it's inside my local gas station.
I went to this location on Cherry Hill and Inkster Rd two days in a row and I'm not usually one to leave reviews but the first day the young man at the windows didn't even seem like he wanted to be there and then today, I get my food and the sandwich was half way out of the box it came in. Probably the worst experience I've had going to this location.

This is the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Food and drinks are ALWAYS messed up. Employees seem upset to be at work. They act as if you are bothering them for wanting to order. They're more attentive to their phones which is probably why the orders are wrong.
Dear Customers, Do yourself a favor and visit Starbucks on John Daly and Ford Road. Or A different Tim Hortons.
Also, Guest Services will answer back a week later in a email with an apology and no other solution. This gas station Tim Hortons needs to be closed down!!
Thanks for the bad customer service, burnt bread, wet egg, semi cold sausage and cheese.
