This location seems to have staffing issues every other day. What is the purpose of being 24 hours if they can just pick & choose when they would like to serve food because “they were scheduled alone & don’t know if someone else will pull up within 10 seconds” mind you its 5:30 AM SO MUCH HUSTLE & BUSTLE OUTSIDE AT THAT TIME😒 as someone who worked in food service for many years the proper thing to do would be let the customer know that they are short staffed & to pls be patience as they try to accommodate them. Not to tell me “we not serving breakfast until 6 when it’s more people here” and also proceed to tell me if I wanted a bagel she could “put it in the bag for me type thing but thats about it” she didn’t even want to toast a bagel & put cream cheese on it. This happens more often than not. Pretty disappointing on the way to work at an early hour.

I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day and I have never had such a horrible experience. They are the rudest people I have ever met if they don’t like their job get a different one.

This place is actually a joke. By far the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. First off they couldn't even get my order right and my sausage is ice cold. They absolutely will NOT let you use the restroom. I'm a delivery driver and I've been to a lot of Tim Hortons I strongly discourage anyone from coming here. You'll be very disappointed.

Parking: They will NOT let you use the restroom. They actually have a sign that says don't ask.

brought some Espresso shot I asked the gentleman to let me use the keys to use the bathroom and he said no I can’t give it to you. I will get in trouble why would you get in trouble? Poor management

They had the most expensive prices compared to other tim Hortons, and today they raised the prices again, I used to get my coffee from them every morning, not anymore

Staff is friendly but ordering to a schedule through the app is worthless. I arrived and asked for my order 20 minutes after placing it. It wasn't ready at all. Might as well remove that option from the app.

Place sucks. Service is truly horrible. I could’ve drove home made a pot of coffee and got it quicker. Eventually, after 15 minutes I left the line because it hadn’t moved. I don’t know what’s going on in today’s world. How can a business actually operate with service like this.

Horrible! My iced coffee is all cream an VERY LITTLE coffee, even after asking the lady in the hijab to fix it, all while the young kid behind the counter laughs! This tim hortons used to be on point but has done nothing but go downhill. Last time I'm going here!
