Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come here a lot once every two weeks for sure. I may also come pick up for the family as well. I just wanted to say the kale apple slaw was bad. This has never happened before. My sandwich was half the normal size, my drink was fine however for what you pay for this it should never happen.

My order was left on the porch without a bag, the smoothie, the straw, the cookie all just left on the porch. And then the smoothie cup, the lid, the straw, the cookie package all smelled heavily like perfume. I washed everything off and it still smells like perfume and now I can't get the smell off my hands either.

Today I went to the tropical smoothie Café location for the very first time and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the customer service that I received from Miss Sydney!!!! She was so kind and compassionate and sweet and really took her time and allowed me to get what I wanted and answered all of my questions. The food was amazing and the entire interaction. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but I was so happy and will definitely be back thank you Miss Sydney thank you so much, Your recommendations were fire.

We, my son and myself, did a quick pick up on our downtown for a concert. Being such a quick pop in, i can not give a heavily detailed review. That said, it was pretty standard for Tropical Smoothie. The food was good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I have no complaints. The inside was clean from door to counter as well. No complaints.

Will stop in again if heading to the city and would recommend to those living in the area.
