So I order online and get a confirmation to pick up at 630 on a Saturday. Open til 8 mind you. When I get there they are closed up no lights, made sure I ordered at the right place and was all good. Not open no food but card was pending..three days later transaction goes thru yet they was closed Sunday and Monday as well. Now I gotta wait for repayment and still don’t know if they open I came here often too, shame

Tall guy who works there rang me up. After handling the cash I gave him he immediately grabbed slices of meat without changing his gloves. He looked surprised I told him to change his gloves. Very unsanitary. Makes me wonder what else the employees are handling with their gloves that they use to prepare food. Not coming back

Portion sizes on mushrooms were much smaller than other locations. Jalapeno poppers were subpar. More like jalapeno cheese bites. Will be a while before i return.

I Can't believe you would allow such an ignorant lady to work around customers. A lady named "Gail" was absolutely rude and very unpleasant. The way she talked to the other employees was very disturbing! Get rid of that nasty lady or lose your business due to one nasty old rude lady...all because i asked her to wear gloves while handling my food after i saw her messing with the garbage!

Disappointing. I've been going to Tubbys every bit of 40 yrs. It has probably been 5 or so since my last visit to any and decided to try this new location because an Instagram ad for a combo special kept popping up. The one I used to go to on Telegraph was so disgusting last time I quit going.This location:Staff is friendly enough.Food lacks flavor. BAD. Years ago Tubbys was known for their sauce, and it was automatically added. I had no idea you NOW HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. That explains why when I took a bite, it was so bland. Steak wasn't seasoned like it used to be either. Virtually no cheese on a steak & cheese sub. A huge roll of bread with lettuce and tomato for the most part.French fries...handful of UN-SEASONED FRIES. I asked for Seasoned and was charged for seasoned but received a small bag of wax. I guess you need to look in the bag if you're doing carry out.This location is definitely not Tubbys the way it was or meant to be. Won't be back, there's too many other sub shops now. And having had two Steak & Cheese from JM'S that were so much tastier and larger for the same price, I'll go back there. I had my treat for the week all planned out and was let down.

Charged extra for halal, and didn’t tell us beforehand that it would be an extra charge. The sandwich didn’t contain enough meat either. They are scammers. Their buy one get one sub free is also false
