I placed a pick up order for myself through doordash and went to pick it up in the drive-thru and they lied and said someone already picked up my order. If the order was for me how did someone pick it up?? Went right inside not even a minute later and all of a sudden the order just appeared out of nowhere.

Been going here for 2 years. Unfortunately I had to change my review. I found my breakfast burrito was abnormally crunchy. Yup. Filled with egg shells. Nasty.

I found LARVA (FLY EGGS) in my bacon sandwich. I have never been this appalled by fast food and Im sick knowing I could have ate that!! I tried to call them multiple times but no one seems to answer no matter what time. The health department will be getting a long call on Monday.

I received my order through drive-through. The person that took my order was the road and disconnected with my needs. I got home my order was wrong and when I returned, I asked if they could replace my potatoes and the manager there act like it was a problem because I ate two or three potatoes out of the box, which was halfway filled. This is the second Wendy’s that I’ve had bad experience with in the past two weeks. Something really needs to be done with customer service. That plays a big part on whether or not I spend my money.

I went out of my way to go to this Wendy's because I have not eaten at Wendy's in the past 3 years or more there are a couple of Wendy's in my area I decided that I will go to this one because I remember this one having my food correct and hot and fresh and I really want it to enjoy my meal today and I don't know when I'm going to eat fast food again so I just believe in taking an extra trip because it's important to me to have my food correct and freshly cooked I purchase a big email chicken with bacon sandwich upgraded the fries I repeatedly asked over eight times please make my order fresh freshly cooked because the screen was not working upon placing my order I had to go to work so time was not on my side I looked in the back and noticed at the drive-thru that my fries will not fresh to cook I had them replace them with some freshly cooked fries and I briefly look through the bag to make sure I had the sandwiches as well as I purchased a cup of chili and a frosty everything looks like it was there I left and as I was going home to get dressed for work I took a bite of the chicken bacon sandwich and almost choked it was horrible it was tough it was old the cheese was stuck like glue it had been sitting under the heat you could tell for a very long time and my frosty was very melted down as if it had been sitting to decide and a customer may have canceled their order and that was one sitting to the side I have never ever had a lemonade that was so watered down that you couldn't even taste the lemon in the lemonade everything was horribly disappointed because again I haven't had Wendy's in three or more years so I really wanted to eat and enjoy my food before going to work and I went out of my way to this Wendy's I called immediately someone answered the phone with a very light voice they said they were the manager which you almost didn't believe it because the light voice I explained to them what had happened they said they were replaced my food I also explained to him that I am on my way getting dressed to go to work I cannot come back up there because I went out of my way to go to that Wendy's as well and The manager never said I apologize I'm sorry for your experience or anything he just said I can replace your order and since this just happened today I wrote his name on my receipt but I really hope that if I am to go back up there and get my order replaced I don't have to go do any BS because a lot of times the managers will say let me write your name in the book but he reassured me just bring my receipt and everything will be okay I really hope that's the case but I am horribly disappointed because if you spend $19 and some change on these items and this is your harder money and you haven't had Wendy's in three or more years you really want what you pay for everything is so expensive today as well and we all have to work and a lot of us work with the public it's just a sad shame that everybody takes things for granted like they're tired of taking people orders they're tired of people I understand some days you have those days but that's why I try to treat people the way I want to be treated so I am not one of those I rated customers who make you feel like you're a slave to the trade I appreciate everyone and I just wish they could have gotten my order correct it wasn't hard I am so disappointed

Food was good, I wanted a Frosty, it was already made, the staff member I spoke to said she made it and the customer said it was the wrong size. It was already made, I should never have taken it, on my lunch, it separated between the time I got home. Disappointed in myself, I later went to DQ

The so called manager cassandra this morning Sunday 9-29-2024. Gave me 3 of these burnt sandwiches with bacon on them after I returned the 3 sausage sandwiches they gave me yesterday that I didn't order !!! I asked for CHICKEN BUDDY SANDWICHES NOTHING EXTRA !!! She asked did I call yesterday I said no because I went to work & didn't get off til 9 hours later but had the food that was NEVER touched !!! She is the worst and need to step down ??? waste of money, time & gas !!!
