I ordered a #8 combo via mobile order. When I received my food 5/10 sliders had no cheese & literally a half strip bcn. All 10 sliders soggy, chicken rings stale & cold, & I didn’t even receive the correct drink.
When I returned with the improper order the employee at the window almost took back the drink then said I can’t take it back but took the food back through the window.

Burgers were old,dry, onions were brown, meat was way overcooked an been sitting around. Ate 3 and a half burgers threw the other 6 away. Worst burgers ever received from a white castle. Chocolate shake was ok. Worked at WC in the 80's, the cooks should be ashamed to put a product of such low quality out of the window. My wife said WC, never again.

I ordered a #2 with no onions at the drive thru window. The lady at the window did not give me a receipt (the only proof I have that I was there is shown on my debit card statement). She didn’t apply my points. I arrived home and realized she gave me two burgers with onions after I specifically asked for no onions and the fries I received were cold and did not taste fresh. Poor service all across the board, smh.
