I am from Canada came here thinking was a good place but the burger was not the best was ok but I would not go back the meat didn't look like normal meat but to small and I tasted more onion then burger and the fancy fries was not worth the extra not enough sauce on it.

Went with my hubby here due to not having a white castle in Ohio and boy oh boy was the food delicious it was hot and fresh and the customer service was amazing shout out to the lady and the man that were there Sunday around 10:30am.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Always understaffed&have the same 3 SLOW people working. They NEVER answer the drive thru. Everyone eventually has to come inside just to be meet with other customers who have already been waiting for 45 mins prior too! This location needs more help if not a brand new management&staff!

There was two cars in front of me and I was in the Drive-Thru over 30 minutes speaker was horrible the young lady working there was working outside with no coat or sweater door was wide open she told me there was only one other worker the floor inside was dirty going to post a picture the burgers were cold and had a heaping pile of onions on them. 20 burgers onion rings and two medium drinks$35.00 I only ate one they were that bad Maybe old the girl was nice that's the only good thing I can say about the place but I'd feel bad that she was out in the cold in short sleeves.
