I went for wings today and the service was amazing! š The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings š were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! The team did an amazing job with my order; everything was perfect. I will definitely be back for more soon, I highly recommend it! #Wings #GoodService #DeliciousFood
The wingstop in Hobbs New Mexico need to train their staff on customer service. The little girls would rather take selfies than help you out.

Itās 11:30pm, Saturday night August 16, 2025. The staff here is doing an amazing job! The young lady who is working the cash register and passing out delivery orders is so kind and patient. Great customer service!

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.
it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.
One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
Well I should start this review off by saying that itās probably not a great thing when you walk into a restaurant and the staff is immediately telling you the wait time the app gives you when you order is ready is inaccurate and usually itās 15+ mins more then originally predicted, now this wouldnāt be a huge deal if it was say 5-10 mins longer then originally stated, but over 15 mins? Thatās a little ridiculous, I waited an hour for a 6 wing combo and Iām usually not the type to complain about long waits as Iāve worked in fast food, I know how insane it gets sometimes, but the wait isnāt exactly what Iām complaining about, no, what Iām complaining about is the service, I walked up to the counter probably 3 or 4 times after standing around forever with no idea when my order would be done (I waited in the car for 40 mins, which is what the app had told me, before going in) and each time Iād give my name to an employee, theyād run to the back to give me an estimate, then Iād never see them again, and, I hate to be this person, but I unfortunately noticed that other people were not receiving this same treatment, those that matched the complexion of the workers were being greeted almost instantly and somehow their orders were all made before mine and they were able to be given an estimated wait time; while I was still stuck sitting (certain people were coming in and able to pick up orders placed way after mine with much more food) I consider myself to be a very understanding person, especially to those in the food service industry, but this was ridiculous, blatant discrimination and just horrible mistreatment from the multiple employees I interacted with during my time there, not to mention, when I finally did receive my order, my wings were overcooked (almost burnt) and my fries were cold, safe to say, Iād honestly never eat here again, and Iād recommend to everyone I know not to as well

I ordered food online and picked it up only to come home to Missing Items, The completely wrong sauce on the wings and I ordered large fries to be able to share and was given a small size that was halfway gone already...I didnt even bother complaining as I was already home after just returning from a long road trip and didnt wanna leave out of the house again with my 6 month old son, I dont think I will be returning to this location unfortunately.

My daughter rode a power scooter to get food and asked the worker there several times to put her carry out in a plastic bag, but was ignored. Long story short, food was on the sidewalk before she ever got to eat any. A little customer service goes a long way!

Staff is friendly and management is exceptional on the evening shift. Location seems to be very busy but they push orders out quickly according to cook times. No complaints other than tables needing be a little cleaner. Food is good and cooked to order

The little girl with a mask , I wonāt even call her a woman. She grabbed my DoorDash order and looked at it and said itās not ready. After waiting 30 minutes she goes back and grabs the same bag and says here . I told her thatās the same bag you grabbed when I got here , she lied and said they just made it. Sad , sheās old enough to be my grandmother and I just walked away

Food is good, but every time it takes forever for order, while everyone working in back are playing around. 45 plus minutes and every other order went out before us? Then to see the people that are supposed to be preparing the food screwing around does not equal good experience.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Wing Stop or any Wing Stop. The company is not reputable! I was visiting Myrtle Beach for my birthday back in January and stopped in Publix for supplies for the rental property we were staying in. Saw Wing Stop from the parking lot and decided it would be a good and quick dinner idea! BIG MISTAKE! I placed an order online totaling roughly $55, finished shopping at Publix- about 20-25 minutes, and headed over to Wing Stop where I was told by employee, NOAH that they were short staffed and it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR before they were able to complete my order! I told him I wasnāt waiting that long and that I would just take a refund. He explained to me that he was unable to provide a refund as I placed an online order but told me that he would pass my information along to the GM who would process my refund for me. It should go without saying that no one ever reached out to me and instead I began the grueling task of tracking down a number that actually allowed me to speak with a person. The representative took down my name and contact information and assured me that someone from the Myrtle Beach location would call me back within 24-48 hours. The GM, DAVINA (980-234-9301) did call back and requested the total amount of my purchase, the time and date that I placed the order and told me that she would pass this information along to another manager who handles refunds. Long story short, I never received my refund! I called the customer service number and called the number DAVINA called me from leaving my contact information and voicemails on multiple occasions to no avail. I even tried to dispute the charge with my bank but was unable to obtain documentation from Wing Stop proving that I never received my order. Sadly, I, like so many other reviews that Iāve read am out of money so it goes without saying that I will NEVER patron another Wing Stop again! SLOW SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRESPONSIVE. ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Long story short: JUST DONāT GO THERE My first experience, I got home and found out my order was incomplete. No big deal it happens. My second trip there, A few weeks later I got home and found out that my order was incomplete. 3ed visit Ordered on line, I was to pick it up at 5:30 and it was not ready until 5:55. They assured me that I had everything but when I got home, you guessed it I had nothing for the grand children. At this point I had not left a review but I did contact the corporate office. They offered to replace my order. The next week, the day that they were to replace my order I received an email from corporate assuring me that my order would be ready at 5:00pm. I called at 4:10 āyes we have your order and it will be readyā. I entered the restaurant 5 minutes early and they had no idea what was going on. So once again I get home to my family of 13, this time with nothing. I contacted corporate again. They offered to replace the order and have it delivered to my home today. I was not at all surprised today when I received an email today telling me that they CANNOT fulfill my order at this time. I have eaten at hundredās of restaurants in my life and I have never experienced one like this. The food, well itās chicken wings how bad or how good can it really be? The customer service is beyond unsatisfactory, it is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhereās else. To WS restaurant and corporate office, you should be ashamed of yourself for the lack of customer service and attention to details.
