I do not know WTF is going on down there but my husband and I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes and were told multiple times when it rang back through, it'll just be a couple minutes or PLEASE HOLD! Jesus.
I order food to pick up on lunch break for myself and kids. before I can get a slice half of it's gone. I take a bite and realize it is missing the extra cheese I ordered.
I call and get a kid who says to bring it back. I tell him my kids devoured half before I found out it was wrong, and he plainly states "nothing I can do."
