This is the last time I'll get pizza from this location. Got our pies last night get home and the deep dish is burnt and chewy with little taste to it. The 3 cheese bread was under cooked and now all 3 of us are fighting for the bathroom. Never had a problem at any other location but Decatur, and it's been the last 3 times we've ordered the pies were burnt.

We opted into doing the delivery service. I tracked the food through Howies and said it was done and “on road” twenty minutes go by (I live ten minutes from the location) and the door dash driver never was attached to my order. I ended up going to pick up my food. We won’t ever be using that service again. Also don’t offer it if your drivers are not going to pick up the food in a timely manner to bring it to the customer still hot.

Was told for months that the gluten free crust was well 'gluten free' the website strait up says its not celiac approved. I understand cross contamination, but the crust itself shouldn't be an issue.

Atmosphere wasn't great but I don't care at all. The people were nice, and the food taste like it was professional deli level. Some of the bread is pretty good, and the pizzas are mostly mid or bad, but omg the sandwiches are all unbelievably tasty beyond all rational belief. I wish I could eat here every day.

We enjoyed coming to hungry Howie’s. We eat here every time we visit Michigan unfortunately we do not have one where we live. We used to when we live in Florida, but the past few years we have moved to West Tennessee. The food here is very delicious always hot and ready for us.

I ordered four large pizzas for an 80th birthday party at the Decatur VFW… The pizzas arrived cold they arrived late. I tipped the delivery driver $20 and then found out that they charged my credit card for a delivery fee. Two of the pizzas were cut party style like I wanted. Two of the pizzas were totally just hacked up into no rhyme or reason ….I am very disappointed in the Decatur hungry Howies and never will go back again. You lost a good customer.

I ordered 4 large pizzas for an 80th birthday party at the Decatur VFW hall… the pizzas arrived cold! 2 of them were hacked up I had to get a knife and try to cut smaller squares and throw away the pieces that were just crust… the guest could not figure out why the were not cut like the other 2 that were cut party style like I wanted….they were supposed to deliver between 3:30-4… they got there around 4:25. Also I tipped the delivery person twenty bucks not know they already charge my credit card a delivery fee!!!! Very disappointed with the Decatur Hungry Howies… you have lost a good customer

All premade all frozen completely made like what you buy at the store you can literally do it yourself but don’t go to village market most everything is either out of date or date changed it’s pathetic to see everywhere mostly in Michigan is really messed up except for Hunan gardens they are a really good place the owner is wonderful her name is Francis. This was an update and nothing was ever resolved lol

The food was alright but 45 minutes wait just to order on a Sunday night cus only two people working and another person had called off three days in a row. But they aren't hiring so there was no excuse. Especially since the guy seen us walk in and was hoping the guy doing dishes would stop and come take care of us , so he just kept making boxes.. it didn't make sense why we were on hold that long unless the same guy was also hoping someone else would answer the fone. It seemed like he was burnt out on his job cus he was not any kind of pleasant to even have a job much less any customers. SMH
