It's 2pm on a weekday and the dining room is closed. I can't imagine why when all of the other McDonald's aren't having this issue. I guess you need to be ok with eating in your car to eat here. I'm not. 1 star.

I've never been so disrespected ever in any restaurant. I walked in only to be told they were closed. I thought the girl @ the register was just joking.Then she said no that the lobby was closed. I asked a simple question whether the store was a privately owned store or a corporate owned store and one of the girls with a drive through headset told me to get the f--k out and then some young guy who wasn't a manager took it upon himself to push me out of the restaurant after I asked to speak to the manager whom he definitely was not one. He was wearing a durag and eating. Very unacceptable by any employee you don't treat people in that manner after they ask for a manager. I spoke with a manager and the store manager and informed the store manager that I was going to leave a bad review. Im so disappointed

Longest drive thru ever. Omg it took forever. 25 minutes and still in line waiting. Probably quicker to drive to Detroit to get McDonald's

I don’t usually leave poor reviews but I’m sorry, a 30 minute wait in the drive-through is not fast food. This seems to be a common occurrence at the Decatur, MI McDonalds location.

Buns were dry. Lettuce had a funny taste, and tint of brown.... Cinnamon rolls were cold and dry. They even said they warm them up.
We were in line for 20+ minutes with 3 people ahead of us. The gentleman at the window didn't speak to us at all and gave us our food without even looking at us. Service was bad, fries were cold and unsalted, I don't recommend stopping for a quick and tasty meal.

The burger was sloppily made and the girl at the first window disappeared so I went to pay at the 2nd window to which the girl finally appeared from the first, threw my food into the window with an attitude and stormed off. My slushie drink was was great.
