The service was terrible and it wasnt even busy. There were 4 workers standing at the front desk staring at their phones while one waiter was doing everything. It took over 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 20 minutes for our food. Our drinks were gone by the time the food came and were never refilled. The grinder was dripping in oil, and the house smoked wings were so dry and hard I could only eat 3.

I normally have a good experience here, but unfortunately not with my latest trip to the breakfast buffet. The food was pretty good, but everything else was terrible. Sat there for 20 minutes before a server even came, she brought the wrong number of coffees and waters, forgot juices, forgot straws, etc. When she finally brought coffee she left before we realized there was no cream or sugar on the table (no salt either, but 3 peppers!), and it took forever for her to even come back before we could tell her. Then she eventually brought a container with some splenda and exactly 4 sugars for a table of 8 people. When we opened the silver wear rolls I realized there were no spoons, so I told her that we needed them for coffee, so she brought ME one spoon. No one else. People were using their knives or the straws she eventually brought to stir their coffee, just absurd. She didn't pick up one single dirty plate (from 8 people making trips to the buffet) until there was a huge pile. Then complained that she couldn't take all of them. If you're busy, or new, or have too many tables, that's understandable, but she didn't say anything like that, wasn't the least bit apologetic, just acted like we were putting her out because we had to keep asking for the things she never brought us, and continued to take forever to check on us. Again, this is a buffet. She didn't have to take orders or bring food out. Coffee, cream and sugar, and spoons should be a no brainer. It's not that hard. Also, the buffet ran out of bowls and also had no spoons, so I guess if you want something creamy or any of the cereal they offer, maybe use your empty water cup that never got refilled, and a fork. Very disappointing, especially since I usually have good food and good service there. Their automatic gratuity for large parties is 20%, so maybe she just didn't have much incentive to do her job.
The jalapeño popper pizza is literally the only thing I come here for it is the best pizza around. I order so many of them. I was so disappointed to come in tonight with my friends and realize it was not on the menu. Please put it back on the menu. Your service staff is amazing. I love the space and the atmosphere, but I have no reason to come back if you don’t have my pizza. I might come see the staff, but I probably wouldn’t order anything. I’m only giving you a five star because they are making my pizza for me anyway. I’ve had great experiences here. Ps I did not throw a temper tantrum to get my pizza. I’m not a Karen. I just asked and they said yes. Shout out to Phil and Chris.
Edit: they tried to make my pizza, but you no longer have the cream cheese or the berry sauce so there’s no point. I understand it’s probably anexpensive pizza to make. I would gladly pay more for it. I hope you take this review seriously as it makes me legitimately sad.
